They put us on the second floor, even though we requested first floor for handicap. Pool closed.

It is in Las Vegas and is close to everything. It has free parking, which is great. However, the property is obviously old and could use some updates. The pool closed way too early - 7 pm! On a day when it was 100 degrees outside, this makes no sense whatsoever. We had a paid (extra) breakfast the next morning in the bar and grill; my eggs were served undercooked and cold. I would not eat there again.

​A major highlight of our stay was the pool setup. The hotel features three separate swimming pools, and two of them stay open late, which was perfect for taking a relaxing evening swim after a busy day out. ​The only negative worth mentioning is their security deposit policy. Instead of charging a single flat-rate deposit for the entire stay, the property holds a separate deposit amount for each day. It is something to keep in mind for budgeting purposes, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend it!

I was charged 449 more then the price given In 2 transactions when I called to figure out why I was charged twice I was told it was a glitch and it would be credited back later not very good answer or customer service

Big bath tubs, cleanly and comfortable beds

The Alexis is a wonderful place to stay.

$200 dollar deposit. The rooms are well put together and comfy. The laundry room requires you to download an app to operate the wash machines and dryer.

The staff was very helpful. The bedroom we got upgraded to was huge, and it was very clean. It had a huge tub and it made the stay very comfortable.

They had a few small flies in the room. The service and amenities were great. The distance from the strip and to other stores was great. The shower had excellent pressure and the A/C was great to come back to after an hot day. Other than the flies we had a great stay.

The property was very clean as well as the suites. Very comfortable and cozy and the staff is awesome.

When checking in the front desk attendant Omar yawned as he was checking me in and seemed like he was not exactly happy to be there. The next morning there were roaches crawling around the counter where the microwave and refrigerator was I notified the front desk the lady I spoke with said I can have someone come spray which no one came. The bathroom sink was draining so slow it would fill up as we brushed our teeth! This was just overall not great. I expected more based of what I saw on their website as I was booking.
