Towels were needed to be requested A mysterious water puddle appeared on the rug.

A little loud…planes and unknown humming sounds, but over great place to stay.

We upgraded to a suite and it was wonderful.

Every thing is exelent

This is a very quiet hotel with exceptional of the adult pool area. The casino wasn't crowded nor was the bar. The NY pizza facility within the hotel was a life saver.
-
In-house eatery and other facilities. In-room decor is of "curious" nature.
-
The AC of the Hotel was not working and the staff didn't acknowledge it either...
-
Staff assistance was great
-
Upon arrival the staff didn't offer help with baggage.
-
off the strip. All the amenities you find on the strip, still just a right there, but slightly less crowded. great spot.
-
the best thing that's happened to me this summer
-
It was a great stay but the pools closing at 6 and 7 pm were very disappointing especially for a summer trip to Vegas…. Definitely will look at better options for next time.

The corner room suite, Kings chamber, was nice and was clean, but even it was a little bit old; no mini fridge or coffee. Seems to be how places are in Vegas now. The pool was decent, but looked tired and needed to be refreshed, and the rest of the hotel needed updating as well. Carpets were stained, not much of a selection for gambling, it appeared that many of the places weren’t open at all. And the hotel in general looked like it needed refreshin; good music selection playing though.

First time staying at the Virgin Hotel and we absolutely loved it! Really great that it’s not right on the strip and has a more chill vibe to it than other places. I’ve stayed in Vegas. The pool area is fantastic with the sand beach. I will definitely stay again!
-
It was OK hotel but I wouldn’t stay here again.
-
I really enjoyed my stay here, the rooms were clean and modern and the staff were friendly and accommodating. This hotel had a great pool and restaurant/café options. The only thing that would make this hotel better is if there was some kind of train or shuttle to the strip.
-
This is a really nice hotel. Modern, well maintained and I enjoyed the more manageable size vs. other very large Vegas hotels. The pool is very nice and a great size but there is only 1 pool option that is free to guests. Also, ALL the common areas in the hotel are carpeted. The carpet is very clean and well maintained, but getting from Point A to Point with rolling luggage is no joke. I advise using a bellman if possible.

The pools were amazing and the staff was so kind. great place to stay off the strip but still close to everything. Will be returning.

I wanted to stay on the strip but settled for this hotel due to the cost of the activities I had planned. However, my experience was more like I won instead of settled. Though the hotel is off the strip it’s on about 2 blocks away right in the middle so exploring was a breeze. For my birthday I was upgraded to one of the top floors with a perfect view of the entire strip! THANK YOU ASHLEY!!! We are forever grateful for making our stay special and will be booking again soon strictly due to the level of customer service you provided. The room was clean and stylish and my wife loved the vanity. All amenities were above average from the pool, live music at Shag Room down to the food. Even the dealers at the gambling tables were courteous. We truly had an amazing time and this hotel was a huge part of it. We will be coming back with the kids next time. Thank You!
