The place did not disappoint. Not complain from this customer.

I stayed in the Ruby tower which is awesome. I did extend my stay one additional night which caused a slight issue. Checking out at 11am and into my new room which wasn't ready. I waited 3 hours and it still wasnt ready. i was put into an accessible room which i was fine with but it wasnt the same layout or view Id paid for. ( lesser room rate ). I didnt really care it was only one night but entering the room the smell of weed was very noticeable. Staying in Vegas you now have to expect this smell but in a room i wasnt to happy. I mentioned it to front desk but they still didnt have a room for me other that this one so i was stuck. The resort is really nice, beds super comfy, staff friendly, pool relaxing. I enjoy staying there and FREE PARKING !!!

Housekeeping people treating me very bad when I ask him to clean the room On the next day she told me that why if i just got there and didn’t get enough towels. I had to go all the way down to go ask for towels and the reception said thats they don’t have towels . I have to wait for somebody for housekeeping to bring them to me and they told me that didn’t know how long it will take for them to bring it to me. Very unhappy the way they treated me with my kids will not be going back to this hotel

Nice hotel and I would definitely book again! My room looked exactly like the pictures on the website—spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also had a great variety of food options. The steak one restaurant was my favorite. Lucia Tacos was good too, and the drinks were STRONG. Customer service was on point throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Nice hôtel but not on the strip $50 fees for the amenities seems really to high for what it is !

Very nice hotel. Cleaning staff great….. our remote was missing (assumed cleaning staff picked up with laundry). Was delivered a new one very quickly. Did find original folded up with the bed sheets. Nice pools but the main pool was closed one day due to a broken light. Then our last day that pool reopened but two other pools on the property were closed. Steep resort fee so should have all amenities open no matter what day of the week. Overall very nice……we walked some but with Vegas heat I would Uber everywhere. This hotel is not super close to any main attractions

I had a great stay . Rooms are clean and the view of the strip was excellent

Would have loved coffee in my room, and maybe a sit down lunch option.
