Cleanliness was really my biggest concern. The hotel rooms were large and spacious, but the hotel itself felt unclean and run down. The kid pool was roped off but very dirty. The outside just had random furniture out and untaken care of. The bar inside was not in use and just being openly used for storage and miscellaneous things. Won't be coming back.

This hotel is a decent deal, we had to move rooms because our room smelled like cigarettes. But once we got in our new room it was comfortable. The maintenance of the grounds he leaves a bit to be desired, it's a bit rundown.

The pool, cabanas, hotel restaurant, bar are all unusable. There is a homeless encampment behind the hotel and there were multiple homeless people sitting around the hotel grounds. Not only was it dirty, but I felt very unsafe!! I actually checked out of the hotel 3 hours after checking in. I paid to stay at another hotel for my trip.

I stayed from July 16-19th and never had room service. First and last. Disappointed

Everything was great—the staff let us check in hours early, and the room was super clean. There are shops nearby, and it’s not too far from the Strip. Everything was really good; the facilities look a bit old, but otherwise, it was super cool

Room was very along with the bathroom which is a plus for me

The exterior grounds need some love but for the price and the location it’s a deal. One small pool was taped off and green. The carpets need to be cleaned or changed out. They just got new linens and towels and are very plush and nice. Front desk staff is very very nice. What is supposed to be the bar is just stack with boxes and looks like storage. The “breakfast” area is just some chafing dishes with some tables pushed together and they want $10 per plate. Plenty of restaurants in a 5 min walk

Deposit is a bit much, They also didn’t return it i had to ask for it . Pool is dirty and room doors don’t work.

There was no ironing board nor the refrigerator worked in my room.

Their AC was broken had to call for help and they said the AC and the TV is not working. Had change the room but the new room has door issues and need to check back with their front desk to learn how to open the door.

Overall was okay. The room was recently remodeled however the air conditioner barely worked, the door handles sometimes didn’t work, tv didn’t work at all, part of the pool was closed and gross. Inside the was bad but the site itself and outside was sketchy and reminded me of section 8 housing. Would not stay here again

The staff were amazing, super helpful and kind. They even gave us idea on what to visit for our trip. The hotel was okay. For the price we paid it was definitely worth it. Room was decently clean, no bugs. However, pictures are a little deceiving… it doesn’t look as nice as the pictures make it seem but like I said for the price we paid, we couldn’t expect much. Only book if you are on a budget.

Terrible. Dirty w gnats in the rooms. Smelled like an ashtray and the grounds were not kept.

The room was big but there wasn't a formal closet and it only had one hanger. The room wasn't very clean and the patio was really dirty and there was no patio furniture. The fitness center was advertised as being open 24 hours but it's closed because they are using it for storage. The pool area has sand all over and that was really unpleasant. The hot tub was too dirty to use. There's only one microwave in the lobby and it was dirty as well. No one restocked the utensils or cups in the lobby either. The grounds were very poorly kept. It felt like they are severely short staffed. The fixtures and things in the room that were repaired were poorly done. There were no extra pillows, sheets or blankets and I don't think they cleaned the couch. Also, I found used lashes, sunflower seed shells and dirty walls in the wash room.I will not be staying here again. The location is good and the room had nice air conditioning but those are the only positive things I can say, oh and the parking is free but it doesn't feel secure so I kept checking my car to make sure it wasn't being broken into. This would be a good place if it had new management and having more staff and a maintained pool / hot tub area.

I was there for the Mountain West basketball tournament earlier this year. This place is a dive. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more at the Virgin across the street or someplace on the strip.
