our toliet wouldn’t flush and we got a free upgrade to a suite!

I’m happy with my stay in this property

It was cheap and affordable and it came with a free breakfast. It needs to be remodeled on the outside of the buildings. The location of the hotel near the airport is not very pleasant to hear the planes every 10 minutes.

The breakfast was terrible. The person preparing the food appeared unprepared and unprofessional, wearing unclean clothing and looking as though they had just woken up before starting to cook. The gym and restrooms were also dirty and clearly needed better cleaning and maintenance. During our 5-day stay, our room was provided with only two towels, which was not nearly enough. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, breakfast service, and customer experience were far below expectations. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and will not be returning.

The photos they have for this hotel or nothing like how it actually is it is old dingy very dirty. It was disgusting. There was blood in the room bugs running around disgusting. I wish I would’ve took photos. Ended up staying in a hotel across the street.

Staff was very friendly and bed was really comfy The smell in the room was unpleasant, there were no hooks to hang the towels. Lobby and breakfast area was really bad shape and desperately needed some update and good cleaning. So the hallway to the rooom. Breakfast was very poor and nothing left after 8,30 am.

There was a White Castle next to it. The breakfast was absolutely atrocious.

Superb

The first room assigned reeked of cigarettes, they have changed our room without a problem. The missing towels and toiletries in the room were also replaced after our complaint. It’s very close to the airport, the planes go straight above the hotel. The breakfast was very poor. We came there one hour before the end of the breakfast and had last 3 pancakes left, then there was only toast bread and sausages. Nothing else, no vegetables, the coffee was at the reception, we had to look for it and it was super watery.

This place is fine for one night. Other than that it’s a major dump, so maybe stay somewhere else if you need more than one night.

Location Bad breakfast. Nothing left by 9.30am.

The bed was comfortable, but the rest was bad They had no sugar, the breakfast, was really bad, sausage links that are really old, hard boiled eggs, and toast ...it was a very bad experience, the parking is not assigned it's first come first serve shared with a mini shopping center..

Disappointing

The room was clean and there was plenty of space. The outside grounds need some maintennce and part of the pool area was closed off. The breakfast was better than some, but not a lot of choices and the coffee not so good. We were also charged an extra "entertainment?" fee of $38.49 when we checked into the Hotel. We thought that what we had already been charged included "taxes and fees", so were not happy about this.

The property has gone down and not as nice as I remember it in the past years. The breakfast was not good and weird.

Room smelt, pleace didnt feel secure. Freshly painted but rundown. Checked out after an hour.
