Club Wyndham Grand Desert - No Resort Fee

Lovely property. Being unfamiliar with the property I did not know to ask about rooms for the others in our party to be located in the same building. There are three big buildings with a bit of walk in between. Not terrible at all but I would know to ask if booing here again and traveling with a group.

Location, cleanliness and all Facilities were available. Drainage Smell was coming in the whole apartment in the early hours probably AC vent issue. But staff reacted as if it was normal.

Everyone is very nice great service, very clean rooms. Pools are great.

It’s a great hotel. The only issue we had was drain in the tub and no ice when we checked in. Staff was really nice and hotel smelled really good.

The arcade on the resort isn’t free I felt like the kids should’ve been able to play for free being we paid to stay there. Other than that the staff was really nice we enjoyed our room. The extra Blankets weren’t to great cable didn’t have much movies but it’s Vegas we barely were in our room anyway. Pools could’ve been a little deeper for adults but we still enjoyed them. I would consider coming back.

The room was almost clean except the side of the refrigerator. Very beautiful room with 2 bedrooms on it. Convenient for us and staff are all helpful. Will definitely stay there again

The walls are thin. I could hear anything and everything in the hallways. There was a lot of parking but not enough areas for handicap parking around the buildings. The parking lot was perfect but it's a pretty good walk if you stay in building 3.

Location Food at the hotel is terrible. Bar food. Expensive. Order not correct. Good thing the free drinks are free, not the best. They market themselves as top of the line but they need work on looking like top of the line. Every door casing in 2 rooms were swelled from water damage. They have a problem with water draining from the tub, toilet burped. Dark hair in the tub, on the outside of the bathroom door and under the toilet paper holder. I had to take out the drain stopper because it wouldn't lock up to drain. Needs tighten up to work. Bugs in the light fixtures. Bottom (toe kick area) of the kitchen appliance are all filthy. They need help helping the disabled. Offer rides to the other towers. Couldn't get back into the room 15 minutes before checkout. The marketing guys come on way too aggressive. The guy helping my friend looked at me and I said before he could ask " I'm not interested in purchasing a $10,000 to $15,000 membership" at which he responded " yeah I could tell by the way you look" what a jerk! Guess he did like how I dressed or my cowboy hat. You can bet I'll never go there again. Almost $500.00 bucks for 2 nights.

Be ready to be HOUNDED upon check in to join their club/ timeshare deal. It’s so annoying! The rooms are cool and all but that experience will make me avoid it entirely in the future

This is our place to stay in Las Vegas. Super clean rooms and property. Excellent amenities. Huge, open floor plan that easily fits our family of 5. We really appreciate not having to walk through a smoky casino every time we leave. It’s close enough to walk to the strip, but far enough away that you can still park, maneuver and not deal with all the noise. Our only gripe is the heavy sales pitch for the time share.
