Club De Soleil All-Suite Resort

This place is really big and of course family friendly!! When we got here , check in was very easy and the directions were very clear for where our room would be. Once we got to our room , it wasn’t very clean which was already a red flag. I use to work in cleaning services and obviously if you are just walking by the room , it looks clean but once we started settling in we started noticing it wasn’t very clean. Also we had a washing machine that did not work and a blender that also didn’t work. Since my family and were staying for 4 nights I did buy some things to make smoothies. I tried to turn it on and it didn’t work which was disappointing. I do recommend to stay here but maybe work on cleanliness and making sure things work that are put into the rooms so people can have a better experience without having to contact front desk!

Always peaceful & relaxing there.

It’s so peaceful and relaxing there. I rest, sleep well there and I always feel safe there too. The morning and night security guards really take their job seriously and I like that. You can always see them making their rounds checking on the property. I also like where Club De Soléil is located. It’s close to grocery stores, fast foods, shopping centers and restaurants.

Staff were excellent. Room is what I expected as management is upgrading the property. Had a couple of issues, but fixed quickly. Management was able to work to add the connecting room for family that came out at the last minute. Loved the pool. When I return and will stay again.

Clean room and friendly staff!

Piece and quite You lose anything dont think they will be honest when they find it. Have evidence I had it right before losing it and the hotel they acted like it wasn't a big deal.

Clean as an oasis Nothing

It has everything you could want. About 4 miles from the strip which was good for me because I had a car. The pool was great. the exercise room was adequate. The room I had was compact but gave me all that I needed. The shower and water pressure where great. The pictures on their website shows you everything. I had a room that had a door to the room next to me. I guess if you needed more than one room. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors come and go, but it was not a real concern for me.

The elevator was really hot and the ice machine was difficult to find. Other than that perfect.

Space of the room Staff could improve in greeting the guest

The staff was nice. A little outdated and the shuttles last pick up to go back to the hotel was 8:15 wish it was later since it is summer time

What was especially disappointing was that when I went to use the pool, it appeared dirty and poorly maintained. There were leaves floating throughout the pool and visible dirt, making it seem like it hadn’t been cleaned for several days. Being charged extra for amenities that were not properly maintained was frustrating and did not meet my expectations.

Room was nice and clean, and the staff is extremely friendly.

Never was able to stay here staff was not helpful at all and took over two weeks to get my deposit back
