I take it that we didn't have a renovated room because the toilet was old missing screw covers, was a little rocky/loose and was not very clean around/at the bottom. There was no curtain on the window that's in the shower were you can see outside onto other guests balcony (we put a towel in the window to hide the view just in case someone can also look in). The sink had a very slow drained that eventually the water didn't go down at all. We called 2 times to report this before someone came to fix the issue. And the toilet will run on its own...mainly when someone in the next room or above our room flushes their toilet. Before arrival I sent a message 2 times requesting a refrigerator to store medicine (I read they were available for an additional charge that I was willing to pay), but no one acknowledge my message. The TV is small with no good channels. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too soft (not a good quality pillow). The housekeepers didn't clean our room they just laid towels on the sink and a couple times we had to catch them to collect our trash (the do not disturb sign was not on the door). Besides the slight disappointment in our room and service our stay was good. We like the ease of getting around the area to do activities, shopping and eat.

My husband and I came for a bowling tournament, and it just so happened that we got married the Friday before we arrived. The front desk was wonderful and even gave us an upgraded room. The room was absolutely beautiful, and we had no issues with all the construction they had going on to update rooms. Will be visiting annually and staying here!

The pool was clean and full of families enjoying their summer vacation. We dined at one of the on-site restaurants and had an amazing meal with outstanding service. The fast-food area was also perfect for a light breakfast and coffee before heading out for the day. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. We requested extra pillows, and they were delivered quickly with no hassle. Check-out was just as smooth and easy as check-in. Overall, The Orleans exceeded our expectations. We can definitely see ourselves returning, especially with our extended family and grandkids for future summer vacations. Highly recommend!

DO NOT STAY HERE. Hotel undergoing remodel. Entered my room with a constant jackhammering in the room above me. Front desk said remodel hours are 8:30-6:30 7 days a week. Asked if I can change rooms, they said no. Asked if they could remove resort fees for my troubles, again they said no. They have room service menus in the room, only to find out they discontinued room service 10 days prior. Upon check in they hand you a paper stating that water service will turned off periodically during the day due to construction. On top of all this mess, the elevators were out of order and there was only 2 elevators working for the whole weekend. Worst experience I have ever had in my 40+ years visiting Vegas.

Bad experience staff in checking in not helpful and same thing in checking out not helpful at all ! First of all I booked with Expedia and expect it is reliable information in price and on the hotel information! It’s not I learn from this experience on Orleans hotel and you can not get help with the hotel room it’s because I paid Expedia on ahead before checking in with Orleans that’s what the hotel check in counter of Orleans! Dirty stinky room and the hotel excuses they are going on remodeling but they are still selling the stinky coakroaches smell I complain on second day and they move us to a different room but still the service is not good still! ! The first night I didn’t able to go back to complain in the front desk of the hotel because we’re so tired from our flight! On the following morning yes I did complain that’s when they move us to different floor room! No decent coffee shop at least you can have simple food to eat and this what they call coffee shop in Orleans hotel casino open only 6 am to 2 pm ! I would not even go and think this such Orleans hotel casino used to be good food and good hotel! Only I can say that is past and what I experienced on staying in the Orleans it’s all gone! Bad service from front desk checking in and out and hotel room not good quality at all and I have so much more to say they are not good! Including Expedia not good !

good amenities. the pool was too crowded on July 4. Went to the pool at 11am and could not find 2 chairs to lay out on. off the strip, but not far from anything because we drove. Free parking is a huge factor when booking a hotel in Las Vegas. Movie theater and bowling alley are welcome additions. definitely be back.

I am a regular guest of the Orleans. I have had many good visits. This trip was below my expectations because of renovations. I will try again, but I will stay in a renovated room on a completely renovated floor.
