Night 1- the air in my room didn’t work Night 2- that toilet was stopped up Night 3- extremely loud neighbors Night 4- I just couldn’t stay so I left at 3 in the morning. Staff was good and GM was cool. I just dont like hotels.com not showing that deposit at checkout. All in all I’d give it a 3 out of 5

They couldn’t accommodate a strip view for my wife’s birthday but they gave us a $40 room credit which came in handy!

I had requested to be in the new tower when I booked 3 months ahead and was not given the new tower. Rooms are run down just painted over and definitely not to the best condition, tv didn’t work , sink backed up and the door had stains all over it. Don’t recommend unless it’s new tower but knowing it’s not guaranteed I wouldn’t book again.

Casino was big and food court was basic with one unique food item. Overall aging property they need to update or renovate imo

The hotel was clean .the rooms were large. Most if the staff were courteous. Food outlets within the hotel were handy. The WiFi system was dire. Using it to make internet calls was useless as the calls kept dropping.

Very clean hotel, love the free plus tip valet parking or free parking lot. Room very elegant and appreciate the bottled water and kuerig coffee. Comfortable bed and the pool is excellent.

The place was clean, staff was great and overall, our experience was amazing for our Wedding Anniversary and love the pool!
