If you’re a smoker then you’ll love this place as you can save my my inhaling 2nd hand smoke. Then to top it off, check out is at 11am. Well cleaning people thought it was a great idea to bang in our door at 10am. Oh by the way valet parking is complementary Went there for a concert at the Pearl theater and that venue and show were amazing. Got a pizza and I’m gluten free at the pizza place in the hotel, felt like I was paying for gas. Expensive and tasteless

Clean room, great bathroom with nice shower, hot water, and water pressure. Comfortably King bed, clean room. Updated. Great friendly staff and fantastic access to the Pearl Theater. Great casino!

Shower sign hot was blue, and cold was red. I got confused, and had to request a maintenance staff to explained to me. Missed taking shower the first day.

It was a really nice, just loud my room was tight over the pool area they had a party I guess so I could t sleep plus it was a Saturday night but I had an early flight Sunday morning other than that it was a great stay!

Love the palms! Only downfall was the pool was mostly closed off since they were understaffed.

I think all the staff , porters, great. I’m not a Las Vegas guy, my family enjoyed the location and what it had to offer. Cigarette smoke. Rooms a little tired, I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with all the use.

The Palms Resort was nice and functional. The rooms are spacious, clean, with great views. I was visiting for a dear friend's wedding. We played in the casino and enjoyed a private pool and easy access to taxi/uber.

Band starts playing at 8:30 am on Saturday and Sunday at the pool It’s impossible to sleep even at the 26th floor The music it’s so loud. The casino stinks like cigarettes and area around cafe smells awful.

I transferred my reservation to the person who was to be my roommate as I could not attend. She said it was nice.
