Clean room. Little moose from outside air-condition, but over all well maintained

Always a good experience with the palms. Room wasn't as clean as prior stays, but considering we were squeezed in last minute for our preferred room, not a big deal. Will be back next year.

I had a great stay at The Palms! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for enjoying Las Vegas. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again! ❤️✨

Very nice resort, good price. Only complaint was the refrigerator didn’t work and we contacted housekeeping twice regarding the issue, but it was left unaddressed.
-
My only issues are the pool hours are from 10-6pm, too short and there is no microwave in the room to reheat leftovers.

The food is very good. Casino has a lot of machines.

Great experience and loved the hotel

What a great choice I made staying at The Palms. From the moment I drove up and was greeted by a friendly and helpful valet to the lovely young lady at the front desk, I knew my stay would be wonderful. I had an excellent view of the mountains and sunset, the rooms were clean and modern, and I loved the pool. Stayed right before a large convention so it was a little quieter the first 2 days, but even when it got more lively, it was nice and peaceful. I would book The Palms again.

The breakfast was good, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Palms, for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciate everything your team did for us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

Everything was amazing!

Our ceiling had water damage and part of the first layer I guess of paint was open and coming off. It smelled really moldy and when we arrived the bathroom had mildew stains and pillow and throw pillows smelled awful. It did not matter that there were clean sheets on top. The pillows stinky and musty. The view was great though and even though the valet was free with your stay they begged you for money often whenever you got your vehicle and said their only pay was from tips. I had no problem tipping but at the same time it should not be like that. They even popped off on of the pieces to the door handle for my rental and just put it in the side of the door. Luckily I was able to carefully put it back on…and the check in personnel at night was super rude. Also there was only one pool was open and the other side was closed. Overall I was pretty disappointed. The Ayce Buffet was great though. Pretty much the best part of that place. And the cafe was great too. Other than that I would not stay there again.
