Masquerade Tower at Rio Hotel & Casino

The room needs updating but it was fine and in good general condition. We had an incident with finding someone’s wallet and when we met with security to turn it in, it was a most rude and unprofessional encounter I’ve ever had with their staff.

Tip: Rios prices are much cheaper than most casinos. Their drink prices are 5 to $10 cheaper than most casinos on the main strip and that goes along with the food as well.. If you have a players card they have 3 dollar drink specials..

Great room almost like a suite. Loved the view and the space. Cleanliness was good. Nothing bad to say other than you don’t get wash cloths only hand and bath towels. Definitely stay again !!!

DONT SIGN PAPER USE YOUR CARD FOR TRANSACTIONS. THEY MACHINE WAS DOWN I SIGNED A PAPER FOR CHECK IN INSTEAD AND THEY TOOK AN EXTRA 400 OFF MY CARD BY AN ACCIDENT. I got the money back day after check out. Safe nice. Helpful. Great location not to far from strip to far to walk in the heat. Uber about 10 to 12 dollars to the flamingo strip.

It was nice before but now with the new upgrades it one of the best places to stay enjoy.

Nice room. Easy Check In. Only issue was hot water..... It takes quite a while for the water to get hot in the bathrooms

Nowhere during my booking processes was stablished that the hotel will charge a $400 “hold”. They double charged such hold, so they charged my credit card a total of $800. One day they forgot to clean our room. When I reminded to clean our room, the staff seemed defensive. I would definitely not recommend or ever go back to Rio Hotel.

Did not stay in the Masquarade tower, was upgraded to the renovated Impanema Tower which is fantastic

This review is towards expedia because i used themto book a room and also i paid for insurance just incase i had to cancel my reservation and there not validating there insurance policy

Check in was quick and easy. Everything was accommodating for our over night stay
