The room was extremely hot, every day the elevators were broken. We would wait about 30 mins for elevators.

We love staying at the Rio. We get the 1600 sq ft suite and have never had a complaint. Usually we are on the 10th floor and above, this time we were put on the 5th floor. The view of the strip was blocked by roof top buildings the hot water in the bathroom sinks had to be turned on for 5 mins before we got hot water and out of 4 heaters only 1 (in the bathroom) got warm. The bedroom tv kept signing off saying no connection. This visit was not as great as all the other times we've stayed there.

Clean room overall the hope was good

Nuestra experiencia en Masquerade Tower at Rio Hotel & Casino fue decepcionante, principalmente por la atención recibida y la falta de organización. Tanto el check-in como el check-out demoraron más de 30 minutos, con largas filas y tiempos de espera excesivos. La atención durante el registro fue poco amable y recibimos muy poca información sobre el funcionamiento del hotel. Además, la señalización es insuficiente y nos costó bastante encontrar los ascensores. Las instalaciones se ven antiguas y necesitarían una renovación. El desayuno incluido para dos personas en The Kitchen Table fue regular. Quiero destacar la buena atención de Joyce, que nos atendió el primer y el tercer día. Sin embargo, el segundo día nos atendió un empleado cuyo trato fue desagradable y poco cordial. La situación resultó incómoda, especialmente porque esperaba recibir propina a pesar de la atención ofrecida. El estacionamiento gratuito es un punto a favor, aunque en varias ocasiones fue difícil encontrar un lugar disponible. En definitiva, las largas esperas, la atención poco amable, la falta de señalización y el estado de las instalaciones hicieron que nuestra estancia no fuera satisfactoria. Personalmente, no lo recomendaría y buscaría otra opción para alojarme en Las Vegas.

Not bein mg able to check in in the kiosk bc the system was down meant I spent and hour in line and missed my dinner reservation. Only to go to the elevator where the line was another 20 minutes bc elevators were not working. It was a nightmare. In my room the water starting coming thru the window the carpet was soaked. I called down but could never get to anyone who could help me. Also I wanted to extend to a late checkout and Rita kept making me speak to Security and Security kept hanging up on me saying I was getting the wrong number. The security was so terrible. I had to walk downstairs just to speak to the front desk where the security manager met me and was even more disrespectful. The security manager said that I was spamming Security all because your AI system kept directing me to Security instead of the front desk. By the end of the night, I still never got anyone to help me with the water that was coming in my room so I just went to sleep! Terrible experience More respectful security managed A way to actually direct you to the front desk instead of Security hanging up on you because they don’t want to connect you or give you a number to help you instead. They just hang up on you over and over again.!

Clean and great value. Free breakfast buffet. The TV didn't connect to the internet so didn't work. I was on hold with front desk for help for 40 minutes, finally got an automated recording telling us to unplug it and plug back in. Happened twice. The restaurants were sparse, mostly closed midweek and the 4 that were open were so busy the staff was overwhelmed. Pool area closed 3 pools and last open pool was not heated.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful but it took a 1 hour and 30 minutes bbto check in because the hotel staff could not find my reservation confirmation number .

The upgraded rooms were really nice !

The property was very old, although there was an “upgrade your room” option the room Still should haven’t looked so poor. Shower curtains were dingy, had holes, shower rod was full of rust . There was holes all in the ceiling, room only came 1 with wash cloth and even asking for more they acted like they were on a budget, my husband and I stayed for 6 days and scraped up 5 wash cloths.

Room was clean and great view. A little out dated with the furniture and carpet.

If you are disabled from a stroke like me, Rio Masquerade tower is too far. Period.

Entire place was dirty and smelled awful. Staff blatantly showed they didn’t care to help. Over an hour to check in, average wait time for 1 working elevator was 45 minutes. Several items (lights, etc) in the room didn’t work and or flickered. Shower tiles fell off and hit me during a shower and no one cared. Shower was also full of mold. Do yourself a favor, spend a few extra bucks and stay elsewhere.

Room was nice. They are in the process of refurbishing the rooms. Ours was an older room but very clean.
