Masquerade Tower at Rio Hotel & Casino

Everything was fine. The toilet paper dispenser was broken. It would have been nice if there was a microwave. No breakfast. Neighbors next door were noisy and playing their music at 3:00am until 4:30am.

Clean, great value, friendly staff Some of the stores were closed. Bring some stores back.

The breakfast at The Kitchen Table was decent, mainly because it was comped. When we arrived our room had been given away. When given a new room it was not the type we had reserved or paid for. Rooms are old and moldy. Broken items throughout the room. Most staff were very standoffish including the call center. We will never stay here again!!

When I checked in at THE RIO they gave me an upgrade. From old room to a renovated room on the 20th floor and the best view of the strip. Best room I have ever had in Vegas and this was my 7th trip. The heat out side. But the air con in the hotel was excellent. Some of the Canteen food would only use the kiosk order and I like to pay by cash.

This was my second time staying in Rio. Great helpful staff, a lot of restaurants and bars, great pools. Highly recommended.

Nothing It’s overpriced is dirty. We sat on the games for three hours. No one never came and offered us a drink. I will never come back there and never recommended to anyone and it smells like cigarettes in there because they allow people to smoke inside the casino.

The Rio is always a great stay no matter the time of year. The views are always great, the rooms are really big in the Masquerade Towers so it's very comfortable. The Casino is always a vibe and the Roof Top bar is a HUGE plus the 360 views of Las Vegas are unmatched! If you're looking to stay off the Strip while still getting the Vegas feel, the Rio is it

The stay was lovely my kids enjoy it and they upgrade are room when we arrived and the pool was family friendly
