Free Parking, Clean Room, Relaxing atmosphere not crowded, good restaurants inside the hotel

I didn't like the shower without door, water goes everywhere. That's all, everything else are good.👍

I called the front desk to ask for a 10-minute extension on checkout, but they refused, stating that a charge would be incurred if I stayed even one minute past 11:00. The bedding and general cleanliness were in a very shabby state.

The Gold Coast is an older hotel, but it is a wonderful place. I love all of the staff members. Stop by the Cornerstone for happy hour. Best happy hour prices!

Stayed in a room with two queen beds, mini fridge, air-conditioning was good, one negative comment, no microwave provided in the room. Parking was accessible and free and safe..

Very clean room. Bed was so comfortable. Casino was super clean and the staff were friendly. Definitely will stay again for the next trip to Vegas

Overall solid for price

Negatives are primarily on table games where (Somolian?) dealers are terrible with communication and with doing their jobs. There also seems to be a lot of strange variants of traditional games slanted to a further house advantage. I did come up a little bit for a miniscule win and quit, but it was hardly worth going back. [Note: The restaurant's treatment of service animals was poor overall... though the server's were great.] Decent value on the overall, provided you're not gaming or dining.

The restaurant 75 had amazing food and great customer service. Negative, was way too much smoke and couldn't escape it, except in the restaurants and in the room. Wish there was more space to watch the large screens and bet where it wasn't so smokey, which led me to go to other hotels to hang out.

Being a large casino complex, it was a long walk to everything, including parking :)

Hotel front desk were very helpful during check in and check out. Pleasant, cheerful, listened and were engaged to assist and make sure my stay was pleasant and worry free.

Every resort needs to stop with the resort fees.

The staff were efficient, the rooms were clean, the casino was as it always is, comfortable for me. I enjoyed the pool as well and parking was plentiful.
