The room was kept clean. The air conditioning worked well.

All concerns were promptly taken care of. I had trouble getting and keeping the WiFi. Especially since I paid such a high resort fee of $45.00.

There was no coffee maker in the room (I bought one myself) nor was there a microwave. The whole hotel was very dated. I also did not see the point of paying a resort fee when there was only a pool and no spa amenities. On the other hand the staff were very nice and the air conditioning was excellent.

This is the third straight year I’ve stayed at Gold Coast, and I continue to be impressed. The rooms are consistently clean, the staff is consistently friendly, and the amenities are constantly improving. Charter 75 is great for breakfast (WAY better than the old TGI Fridays), and there are plenty of other dining choices—not to mention a 70-lane bowling alley which is great for large group get-togethers. I’ve always been happy here…and I’ll stay here again.

My room was smallish for Las Vegas but clean, and everything worked. There was some noise from outdoors maintenance work or groundskeeping as early as 4:30 AM. The staff was helpful, and housekeeping visited more often than the every-four-days promised at check-in. More low-cost food options would be nice, but the taco place in particular was a great value. The fitness center was just okay in terms of equipment, and some days the antiseptic wipes and/or towels needed replenishing. If you like pools, their pool is VERY small; I never saw anyone use it since temperatures were over 110 when I was there. I avoided the casino as I'm sensitive to cigarette smoke, but you must walk through it to get from the main entrance or parking garage to rooms or restaurants.

I had a great stay at the gold coast and would willing to do it again next year.

Still rooms in Las Vegas are expensive $ if you want peaceful without all the noise but with nice amenities, the Gold Coast is a good choice.

Loved everything about this hotel!! Rooms were great size!! Room was clean and staff was friendly!!! Had tons of fun at the bowling alley with the family!!!

Things I liked included being fairly close to the strip but having lower hotel rates than the major hotels; restaurants being open late which allows having a meal on your schedule; and a great housekeeping staff. Some things I didn't like were: the fact that the pool is a pretty far walk from the hotel elevators, the shower had no door which allowed water to spray out onto the floor in the bathroom - basically you can never wear socks in the bathroom, and resort fees in general are just a way to hide the true cost of your hotel stay so I despise them.

As with other Vegas hotels, they only make your beds up every 3rd or 4th day. Check-in said three days, but when we called on the third day (beds weren't made, sheets not changed), housekeeping said they make the beds on the fourth day! Fourth day came and sheets still werent changed. Called again and the finally made the beds! Now, I'm not asking that they change the sheets, but they don't MAKE THE BEDS! Oh, housekeeping empties trash and gives you new sheets every day anyway. Why can they NOT just pull the sheets up, but they don't even touch the beds until the 3rd or 4th day, and only if you call and harass the front desk. The entire hotel could do with some sprucing up as well. A few changes here and there would at least put them on par with Circus Circus !

Everything was good but the room had a slight smell and casino was Smokey. I would probably stay again.

If was good, not great. The king suite had stained carpet

My favorite thing about staying at the Gold Coast is that it is quieter! I go to Vegas for a convention at another hotel & casino and after so much time the loud music just gets too much. I appreciate the quieter music!! Also, the rooms are great and just the right amount of space.

I like the fact that when I entered the room after check-in, there was a welcome message on the TV with my name. The shower was also good. The water pressure was good and it was easy to use. didn’t care for the pillows, they were too firm. It would’ve been nice if there were extra pillows in the closet that I could switch out to.

The rooms are huge for the price and the bed was comfortable. It was in walking distance to the conference

Overall, it was an acceptable stay. my issue lies in the bedding situation. When I called a week before my arrival i requested a bed for my daughter. I told them that I, as a disabled vet, could not bring her travel bed. They told me at the time that one will be provided at no cost. I got my bill for 23.00 for a one-night bed for her. That is not fair.

Great location for me! Rooms are always clean, staff is always friendly. For the price, I dont think you could find a better place to stay...
