Could have been better kept up

The pool closed at 6 o’clock which is One of the main attractions at this property. At 6 on the dot, a rude manager by the name of Nadia Z, was very disrespectful with the young staff members and the travelers. She spoke in a very condescending tone. She threatened to call security if we didn’t get up immediately to leave. We were literally gathering our belongings to leave and she called security via walkie talkie. No one should have to experience her disrespect and distasteful behavior while on vacation. She had no remorse after learning we were packing to leave the pool as she said. The staff were even speaking on how afraid they are of her. She was very hostile, used bully force to intimidate staff members and travelers. I asked for the manager and she stated she was the manager. She encouraged my family to not come back and visit the pool. I will never visit this hotel again. I would never allow my child to work around her!

The overall stay was good the room size was excellent, however the wait times for valet and bell men on the 4th of July weekend was terrible they’re in severe need of more help with staff, and the only good restaurant worth it was Taco Del Rio they were absolutely amazing from the food to the staff highly recommend.

Surprised at the upgrades to the hotel, does not smell of smoke, cool vibe and free parking. I checked in at 3 am and was waiting in line at 230 when the male attendant gave me a scolding about how I should have called to let them know blah blah when I said I had just booked the room a few hours earlier. Beds comfy, cool spot to watch the game, pool was cool

Went to shower in morning, only 3 towels for 4 people. A good thing was quick response from security for couple next door having massive argument at around 4:30am.
-
Great pool area. Room was better than expected very comfortable. There are some good spots to eat within the hotel And there are good shows on site. Probly best to book a show ahead of time
-
Kinda sad saw fight dogs was barking both side of our room. Fight on the casino floors when I was going out they took down a guy. Room need coffee maker would of been nice.

My car got damaged from valet

The elevators took forever. We were not happy that the stairs going down only led to the outside and nowhere near the lobby.
-
Very nice, large remodeled room with nice view
