Reviews

The room was cleaned every day the staff i did speak to was helpful and the places I ate in the casino were not to bad
-
Large suites, great pool area, amazing g steak house and the right price.

I didn't like the fact that the sink wouldn't drain in the bathroom, and people from the room next to us had visitor who kept knocking on our door in the middle of the night. Plus I still haven't received my 100 dollar deposit back yet. They expect at check in but then want us to wait up to 7 days to get it back. Nice hotel, beds are comfortable but check in and out took a very long time. However the staff were very nice

I did not like that the resort fees was not included in the original package price

I would stay here again. Rooms are great for the price and the food court is good as well. Pool was also nice! Great budget friendly option. Would recommend and upgraded room.

I had a great visit, staying in one of the remodelled Suites which was really comfortable. I also enjoyed the on-property Penn and Teller show plus amazing views of the Las Vegas Strip, from the outdoor deck of the Voodoo Lounge located at the 51st floor of the hotel’s Masquerade tower. The hotel was also in a great location for visits to the Las Vegas Strip, Fremont area and wider Las Vegas metropolitan area.

Check in: Line out the door and two bored people checking people in. I have SEVEN rooms and two they claim they don’t have the reservation for even though i have the paperwork. took 90 minutes to resolve. Elevators. Yeah…lets turn 50% of the elevators off during an event with thousands of people. House Keeping: Didn’t bother to show up for two days. In room dining: Website has apparently maintenance and literally nobody is picking up the phone. I have more but i’m tired of typing. oh did I mention that ALL check in kiosk are now offline and absolutely nobody cares?

I would stay there again

And letting someone know three times there was issues with my room in the AC. No one showed up the first night I was there or the second day I was there. It wasn't until the second night at 11:00 at night. They finally decided to show up to try to make an adjustment. The pool closes really early which makes no sense and then there is no staff at the front desk for check-in. One or two people with 50 people waiting in line. Very poor customer service

The refrigerator wasn't working, wat we pressure in shower was terrible, and someday no hot water.
-
One of the biggest hotels I’ve stayed in. A solid 9 minute walk from the free car park to our room. But an amazing experience.

Gods for the price

Even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, the stale cigarette odor was overwhelming. There was also a strong musty smell, possibly coming from mold in the carpet. The odor was so bad that I could hardly sleep, and I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Do not choose the city-view room!

Fantastic room with so much space for us as a family. Although the location is just off the strip, we found it easy to use taxis. We enjoyed the pool area, much quieter than other hotels we have stayed at on the strip. I think the size helps with multiple pools. Being able to take your own drinks to the pool and complimentary towel use for guests is a real winner. Booked to see WOW and received upgraded seats last minute as it was pretty quiet, I recommend this show for families. Would definitely stay at the Rio again.

Excelente experiencia.
