We loved our stay: room is very nice, we liked the kitchen space-very convenient and the pools were amazing

Absolutely love this hotel for me and my family. The entire facility is well maintained, excellent customer service, very responsive when assistance is needed. Close proximity to EVERYTHING Las Vegas and no smelly, loud, casino to walk through. This is our 2nd time bringing our family here and it won’t be the last. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Everything was excellent; I especially liked the relaxation area with the pool.

Property was 4 star, but the staff was 5! They helped my friend with his scooter, charging and having it available. Coffee gal was super friendly, and helpful. The desk was right there when we had questions!

Clean, friendly staff, shuttle service to strip, overall great stay. Will stay here again.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable Walk-in shower (pump soap so if you're like me and prefer bar soap bring your own) Fully stocked kitchenette Staff was friendly and very accommodating Free coffee and tea in the lobby till 10am Bar & grill onsite, open 10am-9pm Hourly shuttle to Treasure Island casino on the strip Frequent social events to mix and mingle with other guests Cons: Couch was stained (but we just draped a spare sheet over it) Housekeeping on request +$ No laundry onsite They offer a "free gift" on check-in; watch out, it's a timeshare pitch Wifi went out twice during our 1-week stay (but staff responded quickly and were very helpful) Overall enjoyed it, would stay again

We had an amazing time! This place IS the vacation we all need. The professionalism of the valet staff was awesome!! Eric, Juan, George were the best! Front desk staff was very helpful & friendly.

When we checked in, we were sent to another area to get the wristbands needed for access to our room. In that other area, we were subjected to a confusing, assertive time-share pitch that we did not even understand was a time-share pitch for a while. The air conditioning in the room was very loud. The property has no restaurant. The front desk did not seem very knowledgeable about the area.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff was absolutely wonderful the most pleasant staff that I ever encountered. I look foward to staying here again. There was a an issue with valet parking not locking my car; but that will not change my review on the 5 day stay and the overall comfort of the HOTEL. We plan on staying again this week!

The property was well maintained, the pool area was nice. We had trouble when we checked in with the front staff, the issue was escalated to the manager and hopefully address with the individuals
