The only thing wasn’t aware of a resort fee until got to the location to check in

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. Thank you so much and I will be returning and trying to get a timeshare, this is brought to you through via voice text on Miss Collins, Apple iPhone.

The place is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bedroom tv would not turn off. I had to unplug it. It was quiet and relaxing. It is close enough to the strip if you want hit a casino or a show, and you don’t have to deal with the loud noise. It was a little weird to have the bath tub in the bedroom. But for couples that could be a plus.

We stayed there for about 8 days, and it is great for families who want the comfort of home. About 10 minute drive from the strip. The room was spacious enough, equipped with what is needed, comfortable and clean. Free parking, felt secured when coming / going from the hotel cause of the security they have. The staff at reception were helpful and freindly. There are shuttles to the strip. The gym is a bit small. We asked what to do with the trash and they said just live it outside of the room. one time it was taken and other times we had to throw ourselves in the big trash bins. we were on the second floor , there is no elevator ane when you have 4 luggages + 4 carry on luggage it can be an inconvenience. the outside stairs to get to the room were dirty. The shuttle air conditon was not working, and the time of getting back can be extended.

This hotel goes way beyond what one would normally expect. The room was essentially a luxury apartment. Two large flatscreens. A modern bathroom with shower. A huge bathtub in the bedroom. Washer and dryer. Complete kitchen.

It’s beautiful staff extraordinary

From the accommodating staff to the endless amenities the Westgate Flamingo offers. Great place to stay. Security personnel at night were unprofessional.
