Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Las Vegas Stadium Area

This hotel was clean, breakfast was way more than expected. We used the pool and appreciated that it was open 11pm! We walked to AC/DC concert at Allegiant Stadium. There is an In and Out in the same parking lot! The people working the front desk were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for a concert event. Very convenient location to walk to Allegiant Stadium.

The toilets had difficulty flushing our entire stay. This applied to the toilets in our room and in the lobby restrooms.

The staff was very helpful, had some TV and toilet issues and they had someone there to correct the issues in minutes. fantastic response. The breakfast was amazing both mornings I was there. Thanks for a great stay.

Staff was helpful in some ways. Breakfast was excellent. Our air conditioner in our room didn’t keep it cool enough. It’s like it shut off and then didn’t turn back on. Our room was pretty clean however the TV is so far down very low on a stand that you couldn’t even lay in bed and watch the TV cause you couldn’t see it. The room very poorly organized like I said for watching TV. the bed was absolutely very very uncomfortable. I have stage four cancer and I think it’s the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. However, the staff was very helpful and got me enough pillows so I could lay on top of the pillows to make it more comfortable for me.

Do not believe them when they say they will refund you. The manager is not available and will not help you. There is no buses that take you to the strip or shuttle.

Clean room and very helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious each morning — loved the variety each day & the sausage patties were sooooo good.

I originally booked this hotel based on past experience, back when the price of the room actually included the ability to park and walk to Allegiant Stadium. Now? They’ve outsourced it to some third-party vulture charging exorbitant extra fees just to park your car. It’s just more of the classic Las Vegas nickel-and-diming we've all come to despise—and it looks like Marriott has happily joined the ranks of corporate greed.

Cons: the bed was hard and uncomfortable. That's my biggest complaint. The place was NOISY! People yelling outside at 3:00am made it hard to get a good night's rest. The breakfast was lackluster, even for free Continental breakfast. The sink in our room was cracked and chipped, the elevator felt rickety and janky.

The staff is outstanding! Especially housekeeping.
