The breakfast was good and the room was clean.

The location was perfect for attending event at Allegiant stadium. The breakfast was a great addition to the stay, it was tasty and had enough selection to be good. Our rooms, which we requested close together, were on different ends of the hallway, close enough, but could have been closer. One room was a bit musty.

Room was dirty and not cleaned. Found hair in the sheets and several cut tonenails on floor from a previous guest. Will avoid this hotel in the future and unable to recommend. Terrible shame because the staff was very kind. I also appreciated the fresh coffee at all hours. If not for the lack of cleanliness, I would stay here every time I visit Vegas

bath drains slowly

I don’t think they should be charging for parking at the hotel. We are guess and we are paying to stay there.

The pool and the room We were there for 2 nights was told parking was $20 a night but I was charged $62 dollars. I am not sure I will stay there again.

For what I paid the room wasn’t clean when I first arrived and the hotel had smells in the rooms, elevators, hallways some of the staff was nice and some of them was really rude. When I walked up to the receptionist and asked them to come an like clean my room like day two or three that I was there they told me that they couldn’t because it’s a five a 5 day rule where they only clean room every five days. The breakfast was underwhelming. The eggs were watery. The sausage was clearly just thrown in a microwave. Not impressed. The elevator we used reminded me of the tower of terror at Disneyland. It was noisy, and scary to ride because the doors took forever to open and it seemed very unstable . When we came into the room, it overall was clean, but there were donuts underneath our air-conditioning units from the previous tenants and also Cheerios on the floor. There is no drain cover in the sink in the bathroom so any necklace or earring could easily fall in. The air-conditioning unit sounded like it was on its last leg. It was very hard to sleep through. The mattresses are terribly uncomfortable and even though there is an offer of a full out couch, it is literally like sleeping on the floor, with springs shooting through. For the price that we paid I was very disappointed. I realize that your location is the benefit, but I also feel like better upkeep would keep people returning.

After I stayed 4 days and 3 nights I came this hotel to stay 4 days and 3 nights because of good breakfast and a kind staff. His name id Eddy and he helped me a lot. He is courteous and professional. He knew exactly what we need.

Walkable to the strip

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and roomy! Great location as we were there for a Raider game and was able to park and walk to the game.
