Had a great experience at the hotel.. every one of the employees were really helpful...from our night check-in, to the room being tended to, all the way to the check... breakfast was good everyday, and the installationa are quiet, and really appreciate that are also free of smoke...would book again , on another time

The proximity to the event I was there for. It was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations for an IHG property. I don't like having to pay for parking. The room temperature was too warm for my liking. I set the temperature to 70° but the room only reached 75° I was grateful I was only planning a single night stay.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The security thing is not strict random people walking in and out with no one asked them. I didn’t like that.i feel little unsafe

The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was decent for a free hotel breakfast from a hotel chain like this; they changed out the food options as breakfast was served. The room was okay; the shower curtains had stains on them. The toilet clogs a lot due to the plumbing all being connected so just be careful with how much is flushed at one time.

Comfortable room The room lack cleanliness. The room was passing by the cleaners and they had a mess going with doors open. The blankets in the floor and all stuff everywhere. That gives this place a gross feeling.

Everything was fine except we had $5,600 worth of bicycles were stolen. Otherwise, ok.
