I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience I wanted to let someone know. We checked in for a one night stay for a concert and the person checking us in was so kind and helpful. The hotel provided us with a cute just in case kit. It's little details like this that make me want to come back. Plus the walk to Allegiant is soooooo convenient.

This hotel was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The rooms were a nice oasis- large , quiet, and clean. The breakfast was delicious. There was a great array of breakfast entrees and side dishes. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was over booked and I reserved it way before they were sold out. Approach the front desk to check in and by the way the clerk was looking at the computer it do not look good. He informed me that since my card didn't go through (since I opt for Pay at the Property option) which is a bit of a a grey area which I thought they would charge my card when I arrive? So the front desk said that his manager cancelled it and gave my room up? And couldn't contact me because my number wasn't on file? Couldn't they have used Expedia to get a hold of me to change the payment method? I am literally in conversation with them via Expedia app as they said they held my room until 6pm as a courtesy which they didn't even inform me at the time. So I didn't get to talk to the manager and the front desk handed me an Expedia number say they can find a place for me? I literally traveled from California to stay here and it seemed like they didn't even care. Very disappointed
