The room was really clean. The staff was attentive, but I did not get the strip view. I have pictures too, and I’m supposed to get a discount because of that. The pictures that I’m about to give you is a Montreal tram that I had a view of and buildings. It was nowhere the strip.Thanks

We have been to this resort several times when we bring kids because of the pool complex, we arrived Saturday check in at 3 by the time we got to the pool area at 445pm they did not allow us in the lazy river, the pools were disgusting cloudy dirty in the corners with build up. on Sunday we enjoyed the river and on Sunday they shut it down for the rest of the week. Again pools were disappointing so dirty. We had to get out we were all very itchy and disgusted. They should be announcing the repairs when you book also not to do repairs during peak season.We left on Tuesday unable to take advantage of the resort fees that they get no matter if you go in the pools or not. I also would not do jet suites because you are not able to use the front desk for any of your requests. The toilet clogged and front desk said they are not responsible for that, we had to unclog it ourselves

We stayed for two nights. On the first night, the TV remote was not working, and unfortunately it could not be fixed that evening. The staff did address the issue the following day. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. However, for a tower of this size, the pool seemed somewhat small and could have been larger to better accommodate guests.

We did a staycation in the Penthouse and it was very nice. Wish the pools stayed open a little later because it felt awesome. Staff was very nice. Will definitely be coming back. We loved it

The property is located in an ideal spot to quickly grab your car to venture off strip. The hotel is smoke free which is great and smoke doesn't waft in from MGM. Pools in Tower 1/2 is more private and chill for Vegas (I prefer lowkey) but you have access to a bar and all the MGM pools if you prefer to be swimming with louder crowds in the lazy river.

We had an excellent stay here at Jet Luxury Elite at the Signature. Check in went smoothly. We were not told which tower we were staying in until we checked in. We ended up having to walk between the towers which was no problem thanks to their indoor walkway. From start to finish, all the staff we encountered were super nice. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs. There were some issues with the bathroom taps leaking however this did not impact our stay. Pool is clean, safe, and comfortable; plenty of beach chairs to relax in. Kitchenette in the room was great. We were satisfied with the hotel location as well, only a 15 min walk to the strip.

I did not receive or eat breakfast I was not informed when it was served or where the location was. I was not informed during check-in that my $300 dollar deposit would cover 12oz bottle waters in my Condo/Suite. $9 for a 12oz bottle of water and at the reception desk they were giving free complimentary bottles of water as many as needed after the fact in question. However, I understand it’s about THE MONEY! I was in LAS VEGAS!!??‍♀️

The valet was great, they got you in and out in a timely manner. The view from the all the window and the balcony was great, the main casinos were visible, and the room had great air conditioning even with the unit being in the suns path for most of the day. The unit was very spacious the sofa and chairs were great the bed was comfortable, the shower and bath were the best part of the unit. issues with high water pressure on some of the faucets, one of the faucets kept clogging when to much water was used. The lights weren't the strongest, and was pretty dark in the unit except for the kitchen lights and bathrooms lights.

Great value for such a great resort

I had a great time at the place! It was super convenient to be walking distance from the strip. The only downside was that my mattress had a sinkhole, so I couldn’t sleep well.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3:40, and we were told it would take another 40 minutes to be cleaned. The woman I spoke with on the phone didn’t handle the situation well—she became defensive, and it didn’t feel great to end the call with “there’s nothing I can do for you.”
