I love the restaurants inside this hotel especially Sid’s Cafe! We always stay here when we attend conference at the convention center right next door

The elevators were not working on a holiday weekend. The lines were long and wait times for the elevator was 20 minutes at times. Some days room service would clean the rooms and other days not. Too many kids running through the hallways and yelling. The rooms were not quiet, you can hear everything making sleep impossible. The room AC was junk! We had it at 60 degrees but it felt like in the lower 80's! Parking rates varied. I was told one price from the service desk, another price through the parking app, and was charged a different price. Other than the front desk, the staff looked like they hated their lives and looked unapproachable. The pool was ok but kids were everywhere. The food at the pool was great but the service was just ok even though we reserved a day bed with shade. But, the shade only covered half the bed. The food is too expensive luckily there are great deals through Uber eats. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!!!!

Rooms were clean I really enjoy this resort the down side is that we now have to pay parking . The casino is decent and not to busy.

Staff was overly pushy about selling Vegas experiences upon arrival. We found a massive cockroach in our bathroom on the second night of our stay and it took 30 minutes for housekeeping (plus two phone calls and a trip to the front desk) to remove it. Staff was very unhelpful and unbothered to help us. The ceiling height in the bathroom is miserable for anyone taller than 5’6”. Easy access to the monorail was nice.

The hotel was clean, well preserved, with various entertainment and dining options, and the rooms had great views. Our only complaints are the outdated and slow elevators, and the AC. We kept getting messages that they were being overused and to expect delays, and we experienced it firsthand too — not great for making it on time to our rideshare! The AC in the room never reached the temperature on the thermostat, so we had to turn it to 60F, the lower limit, and it was still warm at night. But other than that, the food spots are recommendable, the distance to the strip is perfect (far from the crowds but close enough to enjoy the city)

Mi visita fue por el salsa congress festival y la verdad estuvo muy bueno hubieron muchas clases y muchos profesores de diferentes países , los sociales eran desde 11pm hasta la 5 am ,había competencia y show,tenían varias opciones de restaurantes para cenar y muchos bares ,el hotel estaba limpio , y el personal era muy amable y atento ,estaba muy concurrido por el evento que había pero aún así era muy bueno 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

The line to check in was very long, but the representatives were very nice. Guest services were very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like or wasn’t explained and reserving through Expedia was once you get there, you had to pay additional taxes and fees.

also, the app said that my amount was 331 but when I went to the front desk, my amount was $601, I didn’t understand at all.. The hotel is amazing, good location, good cassino, people always smiling and talking to you.. I recommend!!

Really bad , if you are fancy don’t go to this place , the service is bad.
