they had no toiletries at all. when i went to the front desk to inquire about anything the guy couldn't even be bothered to come to the desk he answered through an intercome. i have stayed in lesser priced hotels and got better quality than this place.

They would not let me check in saying they did not receive payment. I showed them the receipt where I had paid in full more than 24 hours in advance and they just kept saying they didn’t receive it. After waiting over 20 minutes I finally told them to cancel it and refund my money and left at 2:30am. Made other arrangements and 10-15 minutes later they called and text repeatedly telling me to come back and they would figure out payment in the morning. They refused to refund my money stating I “was not patient” and it was my fault I left.

Was not happy with our stay. Got there at 15:30 and the rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Check-in time was at 15:00. Told me it was because there was a late check-out. It was still unacceptable. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the blinds were disgustingly dirty. They tried to cover up the smoke with a wall glade plugin. Just not happy at all.

The rooms smelt musty and bedding had holes burnt in them. Doors didn't close tightly. There was supposed to be a breakfast and there was none.

Only got pillows about half the size of normal pillows. If you stay here you better bring your own blankets because you only get a sheet on your bed. The air conditioner had no knob's on it and was almost impossible to control. Showers were not very nice. Overall not a good stay.

The young lady who checked us in tried her very best to make our stay comfortable. She should be commended and compensated for her efforts. The facility was under extreme renovation and should not have been open

The electrical outlets on the lamps did not work. I had to plug my cap directly into wall outlet that was at the head of the bed. Very limited breakfast. No juice let alone cereal or eggs etc.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and didnt have breakfast or coffee on any days. They said they were out of food. And to get coffee we had to walk next door to the other motel. One night we had little kids running around beatung on our door and screaming non stop and hitting the walls and just being wild. Mind you it was after 10:30 at night. It went on for atleast 2 hours. Our air went out for a few hours and wouldnt cut back on. We had one channel on the tv. There was no vending machines or anything. The breakfast was suppose to come with the room. The pool wasnt open and it took us forever toget someone to the desk each time we went in the office. Itwas a horrible experience.
