Helpful staff, clean room, good mattress, convenient location, good breakfast. Only negative was small pillows for a king size bed, which retained the sweat odor of previous guests. Asked for change to fresh which were provided but were the same.

The room was not properly cleaned at all. The bedding was dirty, the counters had not been wiped down, the toilet had urine on it, and even the towels in the bathroom were dirty. I was so uncomfortable with the cleanliness that I had to deep clean the room myself just to feel comfortable enough to sleep there. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable for any hotel stay, and I expected much better.

Convenient to restaurants! There was a person outside during night constantly blowing horn, laying in horn! Everyone reported him! It was handled! It was actually hilarious to my grandchildren! No problem!

Checking in was easy and efficient. The room was clean and ready when I arrived. I was greeted with a smile upon arrival by the staff. The next morning breakfast was provided with a wide range of food and coffee options. Checking out was quick and easy and I left with a print out of expenses. Honestly, I can't think of anything.
