Carpet was dirty! Room not clean. Toilet seat looked dirty it was melted on top and yellow looking!!! Never seen anything like it! Couldn’t sit on it. REPLACE IT

The location was good. The pool was veey nice and even provided pool toys. The room was spacious and the jetted tub worked great. The floors were being cleaned and the carpeting in our room was soaking wet. One of the employees walked on us when we first arrived.

The location was great. The breakfast was great. People were friendly! I just know it won't be long before you're needing to upgrade because our room was musty smelling and damp during this time. It was very warm and humid outside, So I'm sure that was part of the problem! The carpets are getting worn, I think if you update and upgrade you will be in great shape! Thank you so much Everything was good. However, like I said the rooms need updating

Room was clean. Great location for a 2 night stay. Restaurant options in walking distance. But major issues 1) 2 shampoos in shower no conditioner 2) gym was dangerous, broken equipment with nothing posted saying everything was broken. 3) there was a fire alarm the first night at 3am. We headed to the hall to only find out from another guest it was a false alarm. NO ONE came to the floor and checked on the guests or tell us directly it was a false alarm. My 70+ year old mother was headed to the stairs. How upsetting the hotel employee had such little concern.

Room was clean, however there was strong odor when entering the room and the room felt musty. Staff was very polite. Breakfast was good.
