Red Roof Inn Lawrenceburg

Property was reasonably priced, and clean. Inside access rooms, and quiet. Yes they are a little dated but if you dont require 5 star then this works great.

Very fresh and clean everywhere. Very gracious staff. Good breakfast.

Made on-line reservation. Instructions provided stated check-in window from 3pm to 3am. Attempted to call the property to ask directions when GPS was in error and the only answering option available was a clipped recording stating our reservation had been timed out. After finding said property the old fashioned way (asking personnel at a local gas station), we finally arrived to find a run-down hotel exterior in a run-down neighborhood with numerous sketchy individuals socializing in the parking lot. We left and will NEVER use Red Roof Inn or similar properties ever again. One would be better off sleeping in the car! Automation fails at every turn and then customer is forced to pay with no recourse upon finding unacceptable facilities. WARNING! DO NOT USE THESE PROPERTIES!

A/C was great, bathroom tiny, but overall a cheap, safe, clean room to crash out in on a Saturday night.

They moved me to a different room but A/C not working (95 degrees outside)), and unit not fully clean & shampoo & soap dispenser were empty. THIS WAS A VERY BAD EXPERENCE!!!

Breakfast was good and nice selection.

I made a reservation for a king size bed room ahead of time but once there I find myself in a room with a double full bed room. Tried to have the hotel change my room but to no avail.

Nothing Dirty floors and a leaky faucet

Nothing Room and hallways smelled horribly of cigarettes, floor felt slimy and wet.

Friendly staff and clean facilities. It’s a little dated and has very thin walls.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a long long time. I wish I could go back and tell myself to trust the awful reviews it has and ignore the 8+ rating I have no idea how it obtained. Just pulling in the parking lot I knew I made a mistake. The property is run down, dirty and out dated. Check in was smooth. Got to the “suite” we reserved for my wife, myself and 3 teenagers. As previous guests stated, the rooms were utterly disgusting. We didn’t want to touch anything at all because everything just felt grimey. And we’re not an uppity group AT ALL. After thoroughly inspecting for bugs, I found a few weird ones but not anything infesting surprisingly. The beds were no better comfort wise than sleeping on a piece of plywood. Rock hard. There was one tv in the common area, not in either of the bedrooms, and one air conditioner, also not in either of the bedrooms. The rooms had ceiling fans but the kids’ clicked all night and we couldn’t sleep with ours on because it was grinding and sounded like a Cessna taking off. Luckily we brought an air mattress so my son didn’t have to sleep on the pullout sofa that nobody even wanted to sit on or get close to. We left the kitchen alone for obvious reasons. The bathroom was about the size of an RV bathroom, and the vanity was barely big enough to store a bar of soap, so we had to put our stuff on the toilet to get ready. 0/100. DO NOT STAY HERE. Stank too.

This was atrocious ! The building should be condemned and the people didn't seem to care.

Staff were extremely nice and friendly overall experience was good.
