Hotel is a motel and a bit tired and lacking Felt isolated and a bit dirty and old. Low grade hotel

Close to the highway Musty older smell, needs a upgrade

Booked and paid for one night online from the parking lot. After looking at the room we decided to go elsewhere. I asked for a refund and the person at the desk said he couldn't do that. So, we had to pay for something we didn't get. Bad business.

Check-in was easy, room was clean but very humid. A/C needs to be running all day long to avoid condensation in the room. Cold cigaret smell in the corridors. Room not cleaned during the weekend (towels were changed but nothing else had been done). Breakfast more than basic (fried eggs during week days and sausages during weekend) with bread, jam, muffins, juices and coffee..

It was close to what we was there for. That they asked for a $50.00 holding deposit for if you smoked in the room. Which was not on the booking.com app . And you have to all most demand it back when you check out.. and I asked for a handicap room and the bath tub side was to high for me to get in it..

Location The room was dirty

The coffee had very small cups which was not enough. I did not like to use multiple cups and lids. Felt like it was a waste.

The room was clean large enough. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom floor was clean but a little slippery. I think from humidity possibly.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room lighting poor with some fixtures not working. Room was not cooled upon arrival. The room was not clean, room floors were filthy, counters not clean. Only hand soap dispenser and body wash dispenser with hand soap in it, conditioner dispenser empty, shampoo dispenser missing from wall. Bed hard and uncomfortable, BUT CLEAN SHEETS AT LEAST. Bathroom so small, only room to open door between toilet and tub.Towels may have been clean but stained and rough. Breakfast was not good, few options (no breakfast meats or potatoes of any kind). Juices were at least 50% watered down, very obviously. Housekeeping did not refresh our room or replenish our towels. Clerk was apologetic and helpful by giving me clean towels. Thin walls made for noisy night with couple in next room fussing and fighting.
