Room was cleab Continental breakfast: eggs were cold, juice machine was broken. Maintance had to come into the room to fix a broken lock. It should have been fixed before arriving.

We rented four rooms, and one had cockroaches. The front desk staff member lacked training at checkout (they didn't know how to print the receipts). The breakfast attendant was excellent, but the ingredients were low-budget. This is the first time I’ve written a negative review for a hotel, especially given the high price. It has a good location, but—like its neighbors—the hotel is in need of renovation.

Breakfast was meager...few eggs left only 30 minutes into the breakfast time. Very few muffins (4) and the one I chose was stale.

When I read some of the past reviews it's hard to believe we stayed in the same hotel. The lobby and our room appear to have recently been renovated. Room had very clean faux hardwood flooring in bedroom area and tile in the entrance and bath. King bed was firm but comfortable. The fridge and AC worked really well, and the shower had plenty of hot water & water pressure. Lots of outlets including USB and USB-C. Very good lighting, too. Breakfast was decent with sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy and yogurt as well as a waffle maker, toaster with bread, bagels, muffins, etc. the only negative was that the floors were slippery, appear to have some kind of cleaning solution, wax, or similar residue . The desk clerk said it was just humidity but it had a sort of pleasant scent to it, like soap. All in all it was an excellent room especially for the price and we will stay here again the next time we're in the area.

This is an older hotel that needs remodeling, so with that in mind, the price was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was the average continental breakfast and was reasonable good. There was a slight odor of smoke in the building that the staff tried to prevent, but some guests are just not mindful of others. The bed was comfortable and clean. I had to request pillows that were not flat. The bathroom area was clean and I like that the sink and mirror are in a separate room from the toilet. The room floor looked relatively clean, but when I walked on it with my white socks they ended up looking black on the bottom from just one night, so it needs to be mopped more often. If you have a limited budget it is still worth staying here.

Room was clean and comfortable and was equipped with fridge, microwave, and TV with numerous channels. Breakfast was advertised as continental but included extra items not usual for a continental breakfast. Coffee, tea, etc., were available 24/7 in the lobby. Staff were polite and knowledgeable. More amenities than usual for the price paid. We were very pleased with our stay. They don't have elevators, but that was fully disclosed on the website.

Room was clean and comfortable, provided breakfast standard but well stocked. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was a challenge with many oversized vehicles in lot and poor signage. Overall a good stay for the price

That seems crazy early to me especially as someone with young children who comes here. Check out is at 11. Seems crazy to not keep breakfast open til 10. Some guest don’t have the luxury of getting up that early and making sure they’re in the kitchen by 9. ?

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a good place to crash for vacation. Property is older so there were some issues, but not a deal breaker. No elevator, just stairs. Windows seemed to leak from rain and the shower is on the small side. But that's no one's fault. The AC however was AMAZING. Room was always cold and the breakfast was decent.
