Fantastic location with several restaurants within walking distance.

Nice view of the river. Room was large with a big bathroom as well. We received clean towels without asking. Check in was quick and hotel staff friendly.

We will not be coming back.

Comfy beds. Great location in Lawrenceburg IN

The hotel lobby and the room were very clean. I still had to clean out the filters of the A/C ventilation system in the bathroom shower as they were dusty and then I sprayed them down with Lysol. Their housekeeping crew should do this as part of their routine cleaning duties. So far every hotel we stayed at should do this as we found them all to be dirty or full of dust and we're breathing the air from these filtered systems. The staff at the front desk were friendly and courteous and supportive. I asked them to recommend a restaurant in the area that was within walking distance for lunch or dinner and they provided some good suggestions which were helpful. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we typically just drive to the local Dunkin and pick up coffee. Plus their Italian American restaurant No Ce wasn't very good. We ate there the first time and were disappointed. That's why we asked the front desk to recommend other restaurant places nearby as we were disappointed. The enclosed parking lot and self parking were very convenient and within walking distance from the hotel as it was across the street.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The location was fantastic and ideal for our stay. The room however could use help. First the bed spread needed to be retired. It had small holes and runs in it. The bathroom was a great size, but the towel racks kept pulling out of the wall. Overall for just the one night, it wasn't horrible but does need some updates.

Room was clean

Sheets had holes in them. Bathroom floor had mud like work-boot prints. Shower tile and glass sliding door had mold. We had to ask for sheets for the fold out bed that my 16 year old grandson was going to use and the maid handed them to us from the hallway. So we had to make the bed. This was our third stay at this facility but will be our last. So sorry to see what was a very nice hotel not being taken care of.

My expectations were met. Thanks

The room was very neat and comfortable.

My only issue was that when we arrived at 5:00pm our room was not ready. Fortunately we had family that had checked in earlier and already had a room so we were able to stay with them until our room was ready. Otherwise the hotel was very clean and comfortable and Monica (frontdesk) was great.

They were out of cookies at check in. Could not have breakfast at hotel because staff did not show up. Room and hotel are nice and clean and view of the river was beautiful. Location feels very safe and close to lots of restaurants.

Free parking across the street. Hotel very clean. Our room very clean. Quiet! On the water(& apparently when booking thru 3rd party we were told we couldn’t have room with view of the river!)The front desk staff were friendly-you get a warmed cookie when checking in. Things that were negative: town doesn’t have much to do (it’s kinda like a ghost town..lots of buildings but not many businesses in them-just to understand how quiet it is as the hotel is at the end of the main strip on the water), the hotel restaurant has certain hours and if you get there late (we arrived Sunday evening) you can’t eat b/c they are closed. There is a restaurant on the water but again closes “early”.

I’m sorry, but the buffet breakfast a was horrible. All the food was cold, there wasn’t a waffle maker, the saysages were dry (and cold). Some people came into the buffet to look at it first and left without buying. The staff was very nice though. Our dinner had similar problems. Cold fettuccine alfredo.
