Quality Inn & Suites Lawrenceburg

Breakfast was good. Food refilling was little slow at times Room had a smell to it. Needing a good cleaning. Curtains needed ckeaning Waited a very long time for a clerk to check in. Was over 15 minutes. Called on phone Appears that she did not know it was ringing

Location to the place I wanted to go. Staff were pleasant Room was clean Nice pool Nice continental breakfast No real restaurants near by Bed was between 20-30 inches above floor, very uncomfortable. Took more than one flush to flush waste down the toilet. Vending machine broken. Address posted takes you west of the motel about a mile west.

Superb

There were holes in the walls, holes in the blankets on the bed, trim board was missing in multiple spots, there was rust and chipped paint all over the vent above the sink and bathroom door, there was a huge crack in the window, and more that made us feel very uncomfortable staying at this hotel. We ended up canceling our second night to find somewhere else to stay instead.

Always a great stay here. Service is kind and helpful.

The room smelled like an old musty moldy basement. The carpet was so sticky your feet stuck to it and left your feet black. When I said something to staff about it all I got as “I will let management know” .. for breakfast they give you wooden spoons and forks

The room was full of hair, in the bathroom shower sink bed and even inside the fridge. The bathroom handle was broken. And the front desk person was nowhere to be found.

Location I was assigned a room that was occupied. The quality of the room was not what I expected.

No frills. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating!!

Good location as it was on our route. Through booking, it was easy to check in late at night (from our phones) and check out after breakfast. Free WiFi & breakfast were included with the price. The king-size bed was nice, a little soft for me but perfect for my wife. I thought it was a no-smoking, pet-free hotel. As I walked in, people were smoking at the entrance (which I know can't be controlled); however, the person working there was also smoking at the entrance doors. She saw me walk in, yet took her time coming inside to check me in. During breakfast, heard a dog barking inside and then didn't see the dog. Breakfast was okay; coffee was good, eggs were flat, sausage was okay, oatmeal was available (two flavors: one apple, and the rest were cinnamon something). At check-out: the person working there was not at the desk; I again called, and she yelled (not in a mean way) across the hall that 'she's right there and will be there shortly.' Not knowing where she was, and it wasn't busy.

It was a good stay. Although some amenities did not work they were accommodating

Check in and out was easy! Property was clean! Staff was helpful! Property aesthetics could use updating. Overall great experience! Thanks ☺️

The rooms need updating, little drab and the sheets were stained but no bugs so that's a plus

Area-wide electrical outage occurred at 7:38 am, so anything that used electricity for breakfast was unavailable; Too bad, no coffee.

Very good

The staff was OK they were nice, but when I got to my room, that toilet seat was disgustingly dirty, the sheet had pee stains on it so it was not a good day when I went to go look for parking there was mattresses hanging out the woods and there were people inside their car doing inappropriate things. It was not a safe place. I slept with a box in a bag in front of my door.
