Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. Only drawback was hallways were a little louder than I would like in the morning hours.

It was very nice to have coffee and restaurant options on the property. The hotel does feel a bit old and the casino is a bit stingy with payouts. But overall it was a pleasant overnight trip.

The location was very pretty and the band we saw were great, but the first thing we encountered was the front desk employees that were not friendly in anyway. Very rude! We were told right away about allowing only 1 set of towels in each room! The reservation stated there would be 2 on room. Rooms need major updates. Rooms and hallways smell of smoke. And all the carpet s are very old and dirty. Most everything

Nothing Staff, cleanliness

Well, this is our first time staying at this hotel. We were not able to check in till after 4 PM and at that time we went to a room and found the room nice but right beside a train track and there were several trains through the time we stayed there through the night and in the morning at 7 o’clock. This is a smoking casino and we went for an event at the casino. So we scooped the casino out prior to the event came back because we smelled a smoke and found that House Keeping was only allowed to give one bath towel set per room. I had showered, and my husband was in the shower when I noticed only one towel set so scrambling in the hall to find House Keeping and found someone who gave us at one set of towels. I felt that staff complained to us that the last two nights had been booked solid and they were behind getting people into the hotel for the night we were staying. So we did ask the desk for new towels for the next day. The one person said he could not help us and the second person was laying with her face down on the desk and we could not even see her base or her body as she was laying completely.

Only had 1 towel in the room and the shower was clogged, stood in ankle deep water to shower

Great stay! We had a non smoking room and did not smell smoke at all!

Nothing at all to like Customer service, especially the hotel check-in is deplorable. You’re supposed to be in the business of accommodating people not making their life more difficult.

The hotel is rather dated and smells of cigarettes smoke. They do have no smoking signs posted but there is still a strong smell, especially on the first floor.

Well run hotel, no complaints.

There were parts of the hotel room that needed dusted. We did not have any hand towels or body wash. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows.

Bathroom was not cleaned. Pee was covering the toilet seat. No hand soap as well. Didn’t notice until the next morning but went to take a shower and they didn’t supply any towels & washcloths. I believe the room was not cleaned prior to me checking in and I was sold a dirty room for the night.

Okay room. Clean but our fridge didn’t work and I had meds to keep cool
