Bathroom was not cleaned. Pee was covering the toilet seat. No hand soap as well. Didn’t notice until the next morning but went to take a shower and they didn’t supply any towels & washcloths. I believe the room was not cleaned prior to me checking in and I was sold a dirty room for the night.

Okay room. Clean but our fridge didn’t work and I had meds to keep cool

Room stank really bad. Lacks cleanliness.

Everything was great motel and casino

Convenient if wanting to gamble, go to ikea and jungle jims

Very nice place to stay at but the beds are hard and you can feel the springs in the mattress they need toppers on them

Next to , we did not know there would be commercial trains on unscheduled time frames passing right directly outside our room. Front desk acted like they were unaware of this. How could they not know? These trains passed between 1-4 AM. There were two of them, each loudly blasting their horns repeatedly as they passed directly outside our room. They had not refilled any of the shampoo or soap dispensers in the bathroom. I do not recommend this hotel!!!

The property was fine, EXPEDIA was not all that wonderful.

Hotel is in great shape, front desk staff were OK. I guess they were tired. An outstanding room and clean

Staff was very helpfull for a unforseen problem. The toilet water was running constantly, maintenance was in the room in 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Comforters felt damp don't know if it was just too cold or what. Shower wall had a nicotine chew pouch stuck to the top of the shower wall, it was the same color of the wall but still? Was it wiped down, probably not!! AND OMG >>>Train 3 times from the hours of 2:30 am to 8:30 am. Loud and shook building. Didn't sleep well at all. Casino was busy. Food shops smelled like cigarettes.

Perfect location, fast Wi-Fi, and an incredibly comfortable bed. We will definitely have to get back to your establishment

Everything was nice

The room a good size, bright, and relatively clean. Some minor issues like a clogged shower drain, a few pieces of hair in the shower & on the bathroom floor, and there were a couple tears in the sheets. Other than hearing people talking as they walked down the hallway, the room was pretty quiet. I would suggest they have more than light shears covering the windows for those who sleep better in darkness (there is a partial heavier curtain at the ends of the windows, but they do not move). The room had a mini fridge but no microwave. There was 1 microwave in the lobby for guest use, but it's not a convenient option. I did not use the casino or it's restaurants so I cannot speak on their cleanliness or convenience. Parking close to the building is first come, first served and fills up fast on weekends. There is a parking garage across the street but be prepared for a walk back to the hotel. An amenity fee is added for each day of your stay. I was confused on why as there is no pool, fitness center, etc. Overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable.
