Hollywood Casino & Hotel

We like to casino hop around different states. Been here twice. I found a few machines that were fun to play, not to tight. My wife had no luck at all. The hotel itself is pretty mice..The room seemed a little dated but was clean and didn't have anything wrong. We got a freebie as it was a monthly deal.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Room was modern and spacious. Casino was nice, but the non-smoking section had minimal machines and some did not work well. The Eatery food and casino bar was great. The staff everywhere were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again!!

It smelt smoky even on the non-smoking floors.

Stayed to be close to casino. Nothing special about room.

The only issue was the beds. They needed to be replaced.

The bed was insanely hard the staff was extremely so they charged me fees on top of the fees I already paid. Will not recommend staying drive down the road and stay elsewhere

The place is in need of some updates and updated renovations. The casino is run down also we will not be back.

They put us in a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking, but they were very accommodating and moved me the next day, when one was available there is no breakfast in the morning which that would be nice if there was other than that it’s a great motel, and I would recommend it to anyone

Just won't be back, don't understand why a resort fee, no pool, no sauna, no hot tub , really no resort

Was surprised that there was no microwave in room. Random insects

The room was great! The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The only “not so great” was being awakened at 1:15am and about 7am by the train! So so loud BUT not a fault of the hotel but a “oh by the way” is in order 😂 Overall a great experience.

Besides the Fira alarm going off at 10 for no reason and the train coming through at 11not a bad stay
