The staff were satisfactory

location and beds nasty floors,tub,mirrows,no towels upon arrival,incomplete breakfast,smell of mold and mildew,holes in drapes,floors not vacuumed,and water bucket in hallway. No mat in shower causing one to fall. Health department should shut it down

The lady that checked us in was friendly, but that was about it. The hallways were terrible with dirt and trash everywhere. We stayed for 2 days and nobody bothered to clean the hallway. The room was ok, but only 2 lights worked. The breakfast was the worst I ever had in a hotel. There was nothing to really drink, but coffee. The biscuit and gravy was the worst and the sausage looked like it was boiled in hot water then served. Honestly I am not sure how this hotel stays functioning.

Room had beds and a bathroom To start off when we arrived and were told the elevators did not work we were not upset about it what was upsetting was the smell of mold coming from the first floor and leaking ceilings. When we got to the third floor where our room was supposed to be it smelled unbelievably like cigarette smoke. The room we initially were given was occupied by a couple and my wife walked in on them in bed with our kids following behind. This was not a good way to start the experience and we should have left right away, but we gave you the benefit of the doubt since we were on short notice and had a wedding to prepare for. My parents arrived soon after and were given a room that had just been smoked in and smelled even worse than the rest of the floor it was on. They were given another room that was full of stinkbugs but reluctantly stayed as again we had a wedding to prepare for. The bathroom door did not have a lock and the bathroom was not stocked in the slightest with only one towel and 1 small bottle of conditioner, body wash and shampoo each. In the morning my kids went down for breakfast only to find that there were no drink options available for the guests except for a broken pop machine. Im glad we didnt have to spend anymore time in the hotel as it would have ruined the trip for us.

The outside of the hotel is rundown. The stairways and hallways more dirty. The room, however, was clean. The hotel is on a busy road with noisy traffic, but there is a very good restaurant across the street at the gas station called Howie‘s. Not sure I would stay there again.

Where do I begin lots of pot holes.room wasn't ready.carpet veey dirty big spot...elevator didn't work had to use steps I am 76years old .breakfast 1st morning no milk no juice no jelly on peanut butter no regular butter .room had blood spots on wall and no toliet paper no towels and a spider in tub. Shower head leak water over the curtain and on the floor get every thing wet .towels and clothes..staff was helpful. But they need more than one person wirking there.

The toilet didn't flush worth a darn, I had to walk to the gas station several times to potty Bsckwards

Nothing it was the worst i have ever stayed in a hotel I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there. The room was under construction and we had to wait till 1030pm to get our rooms the room smelled like mildew the bathroom had paint everywhere on every thing

The staff was friendly and is helpful as they can be. But the room had mold in the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain and was completely disgusting as was the rest of the hotel, which smelled like they had a sewer issue

Wifi didn't connect and one room had stink bugs all around and on the window and curtains

Everything was dirty and disgusting. The entire hotel stinks. There's drug addicts everywhere outside!

Location It was awful there was mold in the bathroom on ceiling and curtain floors were dirty hallways were dirty there was the smell of sewage in the lobby and breakfast area and housekeeping never once came to my room I was there for 8?days I had to go down and ask for towels and when I did the first time I was told they didn’t have any they were waiting on a shipment and the lady at the front desk was very rude and don’t want to listen when I tried to tell her about my room never been cleaned I asked for a manager and she said come back Monday and basically handed me two towels and that was it I was very dissatisfied and the place is very unsanitary and customer service was awful place is fowl and do not recommend .

I liked that the pool was open and it was not freezing cold water, staff was friendly during the night and day, did not have breakfast but glad it was still an option if I wanted it Could not get more towels during my stay because housekeeping was behind which was pretty inconvenient after asking more than once for fresh towels, wish pool was open 24 hours, and building overall had an unpleasant odor

Great value and clean Elevator broken and room on 3rd floor.

They was out of a lot They have lots of bugs and the shower water gets cold fast . Elevators are broken. Refrigerator didn’t work. Microwave was broken. Hard to open air conditioner had lots of mold inside it turned off and on nothing was updated or look like Photos blankets or real thin also didn’t clean behind beds found a lot of food wrappers that weren’t ours.

The room smelled like urine and there were stains all over the carpet and the mattress. We ended up checking out after and hour

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The door to our room was standing open when we arrived. The security lock broken. The smoke detector had been covered in toilet paper to cover the vents indicating someone was trying to smoke in the room. When asking for extra towels we were told the truck hadn’t come and that might not be possible. For a non-smoking property it sure was covered in cigarette and a haze of smoke.

Elevator was put of order. Very bad smell/odor in 1st floor hallway. Side entry could be opened without room key. Stairway floor dirty. Mold on ceiling above shower. Arm pad loose & falls off on computer chair. No kleenex in room
