no soap only one towel for 2 people no wash cloths, only one pillow for two queen beds dog doo doo under the bed. yeah not the best place to stay

One staff member was very rude to us when we arrived and had to inform us we were on the 3rd floor but that the elevator was out of service. Our keys didn’t work so my husband went down to get them fixed and the other staff member apologized and gave us a 1st floor room. Where the ice machine, breakfast and fitness area were. However I had already walked all the way up and now had to come back down… and just had knee surgery so it was very difficult. It was nice to ride the bike in the fitness area the next morning which helped my knee. The entire place was pretty gross and I would choose anything over a Baymont after this experience. We stayed/slept in IN, MS, MO on our 5-day road trip which also included morning trips to KY, AL and LA & stops in TN, AK, IL. Indiana was so unwelcoming compared to all those other states, and was a sad way to start our road trip. If you’re going to the Ark and Creation museum in Kentucky stay at the hotel by the Ark instead.

To start when I checked in (after the actual check in time) they only had rooms cleaned on the 3rd floor. Ok no problem. It wasn’t until after I paid I was then told the elevator was broke 👎. The ice machine was not working you had to ask the front desk to get you ice 👎. Vending machine was completely empty 👎 and the smell wasn’t pleasant 👎. So for the price I paid I expected better but it was way better than the place I stayed at the night before.

Mold and mildew throughout the hotel, smells of mold, dirty sheets, no towels, used soap in the room.

The location- close off the highway This property is honestly disgusting. It’s in need of a major renovation. The lobby smells profoundly like mildew. Elevator, ice machine, vending machines, bedroom safes out of order. Pool area deck is mopped but the actual pool has a ring of dirt around the entire liner. The beds are loud and uncomfortable. There are holes with crumbling dry wall in the ceiling. Our bathroom had cracked and unstable tiles. We were given one roll of toilet paper. The breakfast is revolting. Same bread both days we were there. Hard as rock- end of loaves. Mold in cereal dispenser. “Biscuits and gravy” - biscuits rock hard. No gravy left either morning. No fruit or anything fresh.

After a 7 hour drive we were extremely disappointed when we got there and a sign the elevator was broken was on the door but not on the website. We had a large cooler and luggage to unload for the evening and load back in the morning. The building and our room had an unpleasant odor... the room was overall clean, but the roll of toilet paper was all but gone and no spares. Went to call on the phone... no cord... looks only. Had to walk to front desk to get some. Cleanliness in halls was poor, ceiling tiles missing! Not what I'd ever seen at another Baymont hotel by Wyndham.

How friendly the staff was Trash outside, elevator was down, and the hallway had a smell which wasn't good.

Staff was great, very friendly. Room, bathroom, hallways, stairs, just building generally was not clean. Would help if more maintenance can be done.
