Room was clean, but like all hotels, carpet never feels as clean as vinyl floors, especially when pets are allowed.

Ease of checking in No free continental breakfast

The room was very nice and tidy. The bed felt amazing to lay on, gotta ask what kinda mattress it was because I need one for myself. The view from my room was cool too. They staff are kind and are also assisting me in recovering my items I accidentally left behind. 10/10 will definitely visit again if I ever get the chance in the future.

Pool, casino, and Starbucks on site was nice. The location was great too. Handicap shower leaked into carpeted sleeping area - was told it is a known issue with no correction. Asked for towels, and we had to go get them ourselves. Did not have Do not disturb on door, and still no one came to replace towels, remove trash, or replenish coffee in room.

We asked the front desk for more towels and wash clothes as our room only had two of each for four people. At this time there was a new front desk person. She seemed annoyed we even asked. A few hours later, we asked for more toilet paper as there was only one roll. She told us she would get some and bring to our room. 40 minutes later we went back down and the same person was even more annoyed. She told us, "No. I haven't had time to get you toilet paper. I'm the only one here and people keep coming to the desk." She said this while nobody was at the desk and she was snacking, talking with an attitude with food in her mouth. More words were exchanged after I told her we wouldn't even have to ask if when housekeeping would have given us a roll when they were supposed to have cleaned our room. She was not friendly at all and shouldn't be in the hospitality business if she is easily annoyed by these requests.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was great

Loved the comfy bed, spacious bathroom and beautiful shower. The pool was nice as well. Water pressure was less than desirable and no free breakfast or even just fruit and muffins or waffle maker.

Which means we had to disassemble them then load them up in the back of our van (65 lbs each, plus the muscle involved), then to find a food place with handicapped parking near the door, then use our canes to walk inside the restaurant with & then, after arriving back to the Casino, unload the scooters afterward to unload & assemble them to ride them back to our room. But if the restaurant was open in the Casino ...

Was a nice and clean room but was not worth the price. Little to no amenities. Pool and hot tub "closed" which is typical for hotels. No Continental breakfast. Beds were not very comfortable. TV had very few channels to watch so that is pointless to have. The place is really nothing more than a money grab to siphon as much money from you as possible. Not worth it.

Location, room size, casino itself. Drink prices were somewhat reasonable, wish there was a cozy area to sit, but still enjoyed sitting and taking a break from losing. There are a great variety of games to choose from and many tables. I did not play tables but always notice because I like table games. Staff that I made contact with was friendly. I did not see employees hiding on their phones or having side conversations that were a priority over the players, nice change. To be fair we ate at the cafe, not the restaurant itself, that was probably the mistake. I'm sure it would have been a very different experience. We didn't have water in our room for a few hours, our hairdryer didn't work in the bathroom, but roller did, odd. I did turn this in. The shower and sink drained very slowly (if we took long showers it would flow over the top of the water stop wall), and we didn't have internet because we are at the end of the hall. (We were told they are working on this.) So, other than all these issues, the stay was okay.) We did turn the issues in the next morning after discovering all the issues, at this point we were leaving the next day and really were frustrated and did not want the frustration of moving rooms. Well, we were not offered to move anyway. To top this off, I left my pajama bottoms and you guys do not mail back, even at my expense. Yes, I contacted UPS and still have not heard back from them. I need to give more than 24 hours especially because it is the weekend.

The Hotel was amazing!! It was near my son's military base,(12 mins- 15mins drive). The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very informative. I needed help with printing and the staff helped. You can use the pool as long you have a wrist band. The casino is literally right across the hotel entrance. There's plenty of parking and it was safe to park at the wee hours of the night. There's a 10min driving distance to Texas Road House and Buffalos Wild Wings.
