When I increased the temperature in my room there was a fowl smell in the room. It smelt like something was burning, Front desk was called and I was informed that it’s because the temperature was increased. The grill area had a smell. Although their food was very good. There was hair on the sheets at check in. House keeping could have cleaned it better.

Fire alarms went off because we took a shower and changed the humidity. Couldn't get it off for 10 minutes. Room phones didn't work. Elevator needs. Major repair feels like it's about to fall out of the corridor.

I usually don't leave bad reviews on Hotels because I have worked in the industry and I know how hard it is but I think this review will be helpful for them. I stayed 2 night this property. After the first night I had to request another room because we found bedbugs in one of the beds and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. I would recommend better training and supervision for the housekeeping department and a better or more efficient pest inspection.

Traveled with my niece for her boyfriend's basic training graduation. The room was comfortable and spacious. One thing id like to point out... traveling just 2 women, it was nice to see that you need to scan your key to use the elevator. The pool area was clean and had towels available. Housekeeping was very attentive when I called for more towels. They were delivered them folded and warm.
