Fair staff , helpful , polite Wallpaper peeling , entry door wouldn’t open all the way , a stain on the carpet , carpets left our feet dirty , fridge wasn’t big enough, elevator stopped working , toilet got clogged , paid $200+ for trashy service

Staff was very welcoming. Rooms were well kept and clean. I enjoyed my stay there.

Room 314 was spacious, clean and even though we were directly across from the elevator, still very quiet. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked very well. The TV kept going out for no reason but that was a minor thing. The major thing was for two different days the hot water was not available either in the morning or evening. I was told the boiler system was replaced and everything was not balanced out yet. Not really sure what happened but it did keep a good stay from being a great stay.

There were a lot of cosmetic issues. Paint splatter, general disrepair. There was an area in the lobby where the tile was replaced. I assume it was water damage. The tile didn't match the other tile and it was poorly installed.

Location was ok with many hotels around. But this hotel was the priciest. And you would expect it would be good as per Marriot expectations. But it is nothing special. You just pay more for the brand just to get poor facilities Breakfast was poor. Room quality was poor. Pool was not good maintained. Staff at reception were poor in communication. They were eagerly waiting to get rid of you to go back to their phones

There was no hot tub, but did have a outdoor pool. Had a single elevator that was sometimes crowded.
