The breakfast had a variety of options. The rooms were clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to major roads but was quiet. Plenty of free parking and location seemed secure. There was no hot tub, but did have a outdoor pool. Had a single elevator that was sometimes crowded.

The fan in the bathroom made a groaning noise when turned off. Just the fan noise when on. But that was more tolerable. Seemed to be caused by the outside wind. The small refrigerator ran making a noise all night. Staff problems. Refused to print a receipt. The reason sighted was that I had booked with a third party. In excusable. The third party (hotels.com) appeared to be a booking with the Fairfield by Marriott. In any case it is hard to be reimbursed with the excuse that I used hotel.com site. This last is infuriating and self-serving on the part of Marriott. I usually use Hilton properties and this is yet another reason to go back. The last time I stayed in Lawton, OK the Hampton Inn was filthy (mold in the shower and poor linen service) First time using Marriott product since I retired. I am reminded why I left.

After check in. I went to the front desk to ask for a paper plate and fork to eat dinner. The lady said the manager does not want us to give out plates only at breakfast time. The crazy thing is they sell frozen meal at the front desk but will not give you anything to eat them with. For the price of the room you some be able to get a plate and silverware.

The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. We were there for a three night stay. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back.

Not real bad. The sheets need to be changed out and the vet in the bath room was making a weird noise all night long. Would not stop.
