Staff was great. Property was a bit dated BUT I did save money compared to slightly upscale properties nearby. The adage that you get what you pay for should help one manage their expectations. If you do that then this place will not disappoint. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. Property is well maintained. Staff was very nice and polite. Good breakfast. The gym was spacious with a verity of equipment and weights.

There were a lot of noise on the 1st floor hallways from other people staying in the hotel.

Nice size room. Shower faucet leaked the whole time and definitely needed some maintenance. The clients above us were very LOUD 24/7 so maybe keep families/large groups on ground floor. Overall, we were comfortable, just these minor changes would have made this a 5 star rating

Liked the Lounge room. Continental breakfast was the same eggs and some kind of sausage. Eggs were a little runny. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. Had some problems with shower handle. Staff was super nice and very accommodating. Had good fun with them. Would recommend staying there. Cracker Barrell and Mikes Sports bar very convenient and good food.

Michelle Miller! She has superior customer service skills and is the only reason I would consider coming back! She was the only person trying to make things right after multiple issues! She really cares! Broken things in rooms (air conditioning and shower faucets), canceled my reservation without notifying me, had to switch rooms, couldn't get the room I booked months in advance.

Staff was nice The water in the tree restroom kept running, it smelled really bad! Water dripping on my head while setting on the toilet, the water on stayed HOT the cold water didn't work! And the only took off $10.00 per night!!! Other then that it was ok! I was very unsatisfied, that room never should have been rented. I asked for another room when I first got there, they said that THEY WAS ALL BOOKED UP!!!A
