MySuites Lawton

We had a flooding issue the last night; but management was SUPER concerned and helpful and even refunded a couple nights stay. So impressed with this place. We will be using them on all our travels to Lawton in the future.

Will definitely stay again.

This hotel was easy to get to and had nice parking. Check in was quick with a very nice person. The room was spacious, comfortable bed/pillows, nice towels, nice extras like facial wipes, and AC worked well. Very nice stay.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with nice items such as soap, lotion and makeup remover wipes. Bed was comfortable and the TV had a nice sleep timer function! Breakfast had sausage and scrambled eggs plus waffle maker for hot selection plus cereal and yogurt. Definitely a nice stay.

Rooms were ok. Staff was distant only one lady that work during my stay was welcoming and I mentioned to her. She was so helpful, nice, compassionate, and kind! To be honest it was the only staff that appeared to be that way! Everyone seemed cut off and in their own zone including the manager! Breakfast was ok. I only ate the waffles. I tried the eggs but had a word tasted so I didn’t finish them! Waffle were good because you have to prepare them yourself. Other than that this hotel need to get on one accord with their online messaging because we message the hotel hoping that our message would be delivered to staff and we almost lost our reservation coming into town for check in. It was an experience probably won’t be back to Oklahoma ever!

Great parking, located close to Fort Sill, friendly staff, quick check in, breakfast was great. Everything was great and will definitely stay again.

Location was great for Fort Sill graduation. Clean,friendly staff, safe. Little dated but good condition

Not a great property for staying for longer than 2 nights. Have to request room freshen 25 hours in advance. Did not know that meant your garbage would be in the room, no coffee or cup refill, or towel change for duration of stay. Eg 5 nights, unless requested. Thought garbage emptying and coffee refill would be basic. Breakfast is not great. Water for oatmeal packets was luke warm, everyday soggy scrambled eggs, no butter for toast. Could handle that for a couple days. Staff was friendly.

There was dog poop in the hallway floor!! There was a water main break with the city and we didn’t have water. So trip was cut short!!

Room was nice and pretty spacious. Had a fridge, microwave, and kitchen area. Tv was great. Bed was kinda thin and I didn't care for the pillows. Bathroom was nice and also spacious.

From the front desk to the housekeeping and ground men everyone was incredibly kind, caring and so helpful. This will always be my go to when staying in town!

When we arrived, things were fine until we walked down the hall where we found fresh dog poop on the floor. In our room, we had two little towels and paint chipping off of the ceiling. The next day, after housekeeping did not come to the room, and we asked about it, we were told we had to ask for housekeeping and that there were signs. I looked around for those signs after that and still couldn’t find anything that said we would t get housekeeping unless we called to request it. So, still then after I did request towels, we got nothing. Then, a water main broke in Lawton and there was no water. In trying to talk to Michelle at the front desk to try to get solutions and find out how this would be addressed, we were told we could leave and get a refund or stay and nothing would be done whatsoever. During this conversation, she proceeded to answer two phone calls, tell me I wasn’t being nice, tell me to calm down, tell me to lower my voice when I wasn’t yelling, and make snide remarks, in addition to telling me I wasn’t yelling being unkind to her. She then refused several times to contact her manager after being horribly rude. Eventually the water came back on hours later. You could not pay me to stay at this hotel again. While they are not responsible for the water main, they are responsible for the conduct of their employees, and this was exceptionally poor behavior.

Our plane was delayed into the next morning and when we went to check in when we arrived and the hotel told us we did a no show and gave our room away for the time I booked it for. Horrible service
