Breakfast was ok. Nice outdoor pool

Overall pretty decent experience. The hotel was under construction and a bit out dated so it was not the absolute best, but it wasn’t the absolute worst either. The room was pretty clean and had all the needed amenities. The staff at the hotel made my stay incredible. Everyone was very nice, pleasant, genuine and accommodating.

Staff was very friendly. Room was good. In the process of making updates to hallways. Our room's floor was dirty. It was gritty and the bottoms of our feet was filthy. The first full day our room did not get cleaned and the trash was overflowing. We had two children with us. Hopefully once the updates are completed the cleanliness will improve.

The breakfast was amazing the staff were very helpful the casino was the best plus they give you like 30 dollars free to start just for booking the room

Paper thin walls. You can hear someone breathe in the next room. Exterior doors don’t work so don’t waste time trying to load in on that side. Staff never told us even after coming back in bc we thought cards weren’t working

Had an amazing stay with my family. Employees were very nice. Outdoor pool was really nice and clean. Rooms were clean. Loved that they had a pool table. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting a soldier. 10/10 Indoor pool was closed but outdoor pool made up for it.

The place needs a lot of remodeling to stay within standards. The wood under the windows was rotten and coming apart. Several areas needed some maintenance and you still have a strong smell in the hotel.

Everything was awesome, clean, friendly, helpful staff, breakfast was hot and really good. Would recommend!

The room was clean and smelt amazing. The bed was comfortable and my daughter loved the pool. The breakfast was really good compared to some hotel breakfasts I've had. And they're pet friendly. I will definitely use this hotel again when seeing family 10/10. I had issues with the TV not wanting to work but the front desk did fix it, they're very friendly and helpful.

The building from the outside looks disappointing and needs some face lifting but for the price I paid and the great service I received I don't regret I stayed there.

Room was clean. They are under renovation painting and will be nicer after carpet and flooring are redone in the hallway. The front desk staff were very friendly and intensive.

It was not what I expected, there was trash in the trash can the one that was in the bathroom I saw it on my first night of stay I even have a picture of it and there was a lot of noise couldn’t sleep, my question is why rent somewhere that’s been renovated as the same time the smell of the paint was horrible. I’ll say that I pay for the front view of the place that’s it

Place is very old and over priced. Do not get the Jacuzzi room, you'll be disappointed

cockroach in our bathroom!! tub VERY slippery and almost fell...had to put a towel down to not slip while showering. hair in bed when got there.
