Comfort Suites Lawton Near Fort Sill

Excellent staff and room was clean. Had a bad smell in the bathroom sink of my room and also the entrance of hotel. Elevator was down multiple times. It was a okay stay

I enjoyed my stay and plan to stay again in the near future :)

everything was great

Need new shower heads shower head had little pressure of water was to weak u only had one side of faucet handle working

The first room assigned was dirty with stained sheets and the toilet had stains as well. No refill for soap or shampoo in the shower.The second room they assigned was a little much better.

It was a good experience until the fire alarm went off at 6am. There’s no reason why

The only downside was that the elevator did not work the last two days of our stay

Cons: roku does not work in room 100 which is handicapped accessible fyi

Clean room. Nice place to stay. Quiet

I thought I will get well rested for the night after a 9 hr drive from out of state, but at around 3 am the fire alarm sounded, tried to call the front desk but no one answered, tried to call ten more times but no one answered, got out of my door, saw my neighbor across and another one near the elevator (we are on the 4th floor) they have same observation as mine, they didn’t see any fire truck, no info from the front desk. No announcement given, I said I will check downstairs, and the lady neighbor accross said she will just get her shoes and she will come with me, we went down the stairs, deciding not to use the elevator, and to our surprise, everybody was there near the kitchen at the lobby, some are barefooted, some are in their pajamas, hair uncombed, some no br_. We told the front desk person (late teen man to early twenties) we called the front desk several times and nobody answered, he said he is sweeping the hotel door to door?. He we had not seen him or heard any news/announcement from any of them. The reason behind all that fire alarmed? Somebody smoked near the vending machine, and since the hotel is a No Smoking hotel, the fire alarm sounded. We are told that we can go up to continue resting, but it’s 5 am already. I had to see someone at 7 so I did not sleeper again just took a bath, thinking that I would go down eat breakfast first at 6 am before going, but when I went down , they said no breakfast prepared yet ( because of what happened), so got coffee and

We’ve forgotten some toys in the past, although at other hotels, but they were never to be found again.

Tv remote did not work went got another one it charged the channels but wouldn’t turn volume up are down and wouldn’t turn it off are on

I didn’t like that the elevators were not working and I wish I would have known before I had booked. They told us that they were working on it and it would be fixed that day unfortunately it was not fixed. We were staying on the third floor me due to really bad nerves in my legs because I had cancer. It was hard for me. The room was not even cold. I had a bad experience.

Was exceptionally clean, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was scrumptious and the air conditioning was fantastic.

The overall stay was good, property was nice, clean, and room maintained well. On the 2nd day the elevator no lingered worked and did not work the remaining days we were there and of course we were on the top floor…..otherwise it was a good stay.

Great! Except elevator broke down and we were on the fourth floor.

Will never stay here again

Front desk clerk was amazing. Called me around 9 and woke me up stating they were going to shut the water off immediately. I had to get up go down stairs and get another room just to shower. Then I called to speak with the manager trying to see if they could accommodate me with extra time that I lost due to their issues, he said no and the I should be thankful for the courtesy to move to another room to shower!!!!!! Was too early to get all upset. But I lost an hour and a half of sleep because of the situation. Love the hotel, hate how the manager handled the situation
