1st Shift employee was good trying to correct the issues. BedBugs , My wife got bites on arm and in her ear. Not clean rooms , burn marks in linen, 2nd shift was Very Rude in office. not enough towels and was told only 2 per room when there were 3 guests booked. The pool was gross and green with garbage floating in it. They refuse to answer the phone in office and if they do they hang up on you right away. Nothing looks like the pictures . Holes in walls . Microwave didnt work and wasn't even in the other room. Fridge looked damaged in both rooms. Paint and drywall mud was fall off the walls. Other Guest were in the office were having problems with bed bugs and roaches and asking for more towels and the person on 2nd shift threw stuff and was yelling at them . Still waiting on a refund because we had to find another hotel and did not stay there.

The motel is dated. The house keeping lacked. Stayed for a week had to go ask for new towels every day . They never cleaned toom in 5 days even though room service was requested. Clerk would give unfolded towels was rude about it. No clean towels at check in. No soap in room no house keeping.

Not clean, stain sheets ,only 1 towel, curtains with holes , lots of twikers outside , pictures look good , on real , is a cheap hotel, never like 6 motel , this is my last time

I reserved a smoke free room- smelt like a large ashtray. No amenities, tv didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t flush well and it sprayed water out onto us, knobs on the AC were gone. 1 washcloth, no extra toilet paper less than 1/2 a roll in room. Burn marks on bedspread size of a quarter, shower had no pressure. Worst place i’ve ever been too

BED BUGS room 128, a handicap room I have red welts on legs,feet, ankles, back, chest very uncomfortable itchy. The bed itself was uncomfortable. BED BUGS YUCK ! I'm afraid to unload luggage at my house....

Easy in and out in a U-Haul There was only one bed made, the bathroom was dirty and the floors. No towels in the room

It was ok clean The room had a bad smell it was clean but the scent was bad I had no towels no wash cloth no soap the step was broken and the tv didn’t work nothing to put my feet on when I showered the shower curtain was discussing the light were terrible
