No microwave in the rooms pillows okay linens okay but lovely lake to walk around great parking underground

Wonder full place for a family

Had the balcony facing the marina and it was very nice. Clean room, easy check in, friendly staff.

After all of these issues - the manager said he would be giving me a 25% discount for all of these issues. I mentioned I paid through Expedia and he said he would advise Expedia on this. Over all- I would not stay at this hotel again. Terrible overall!

Everything was nice, the only complaint was that my food was a little cold this morning when room service brought it up but I’m assuming it’s because it was French toast and it didn’t come w/fruit like the menu said. Other than that we enjoyed the resort.

My kids and I loved the whole vibe. Very nice, quiet and clean. The pool is large enough for everyone to enjoy. I didn’t get to experience the pool bar but I loved how it was setup. Loved the entire theme throughout the hotel and loved our balcony.

The room and bed smelled moldy. Bathroom is tiny. Elevator too small, waiting 10 min per ride up or down from 11th floor. Nice skunk wed smell as well. This is a motel 6 dressed up as a Resort. Bar opens at 2pm. Definitely not a resort at all and nothing around this place for entertainment. Very disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay. We took our 6 year old and every part of the trip was nice. The pool was clean and took care of. We loved that the pool wasn’t too deep but deep enough to enjoy. The staff was super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help with any questions and kept the rooms clean and stocked. The room was clean, nice and stocked with fresh towels and washrags every day.

We booked for the July 4th weekend, which resulted in a full hotel booking. I can confirm that our room wasn’t cleaned properly, and I took pictures as evidence. Considering these issues, I doubt I’d return to this hotel, except for the view of the 11th floor of the city. From there, we could see all the fireworks from downtown Houston to Galveston.

Clean place to stay and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Definitely wouldn't stay, wish I could post pictures, should have known it was something when I had a issue checking in... the room was nasty well the bed wasn't clean, they made the bed over someone else hair and dirt sheets was nasty, we had to door dash a comforter, sheets, pillow case etc, tube had issue with the water going down, besides the room the pool was ok we didn't really stay there nor eat only to sleep

dirty around commode. We left at 10:30 am and returned 4:30 pm and nothing done. We requested only the Bathroom be cleaned as we had tidied our room. Gentleman at the desk seemed preoccupied. He checked us in and directed us to the elevator without mentioning the amenities and QR code.

Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the service was great. It is a nice property, well maintained.

Definitely a resort feel with lots great options feom boating to resort swimming. Very good location for NASA, etc. View are very nice.

The location on the water No towels were available for the pool, they were all being laundered. Also our rooms water was turned off for maintenance and nobody informed us .

The room was clean. Bathroom is a little old and dated. I don’t like showering in bathtubs especially when they fill up with water because the drain is blocked with Hair which seems to be an ongoing issue. Everywhere I stay.
