​However, I was disappointed by the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering the building, there was a noticeable musty/humid odor. Inside the room, I found that the curtains were torn and there was a lingering smell of smoke, despite the hotel being smoke-free. Additionally, the room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, as I discovered debris under the sofa. ​Furthermore, given the nightly rate, I was surprised to find that breakfast was not included. I felt that the overall value did not align with the price point of the stay. bring these issues to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Easy check in and out. Staff from front desk to restaurant were friendly and responsive to our requests. Overall satisfied with our stay and would stay again.

All the staff were great and had very nice views.

Very impressed with the staff and the hotel from its age to its location absolutely amazing. The breakfast was 10 stars for sure. Highly reccomend

Hotel staff were nice, but the hotel room was not clean. Outdated facilities.

Plumbing ---Hard to turn on/off the water in tub, couldn't get room service or hear over the phone, furnishing were old (I understand it is getting ready to close).

Old outdated property needs. A refresh needed and more staff

I loved the hotel. Everything was perfect. The environment was beautiful and the scent of the hotel smelled so good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. My husband and I would definitely go back again if we travel from Austin to Houston. The lake view from our room was the icing on the cake.

Nice location Bed was not comfortable

The location was good. Staff were friendly and nice. Really nice lobby area nice view from the room and restaurant. We had a double room that was very small. The bathroom was ridiculously small. Also didn’t think we should have to pay for parking.

The overall condition of the hotel was dated and worn. It felt like a Motel 6, with a higher price tag.

Location is nice by the lake and nasa center. Beds are comfortable. Big rooms. The hotel is very old, the rooms, the tables and chairs in the breakfast resturant, everything is very old.

The shower had mold in the ceiling.

Our stay was nice. Would consider staying again.
