Location is excellent with water view... but there was this noise that sounded like a train every so often from upper floor!
-
This hotel is closing soon. The pool is green.
-
The room was hot all weekend. AC barely worked. The pool was unusable because it was so green. The place is completely run down.
-
Staff was great, rooms great, only issue was the pool was green. Had 4 grandkids and couldn’t swim.

The hotel is closing down within a week and they seem to be operating with a skeleton crew who are doing their best. The hotel is run down but seems like it was a nice play to stay in its hey day.

The stay was fine, but the room was not what we were promised.

Unfortunately this property is being closed in a week for renovations as it was sold. The first night the air conditioning went out and didn’t work. The staff, Amber overnight and Adam evening shift both were at the front desk, were EXTREMELY helpful and tried everything to help alíviate the issue. Didn’t help. No A/C that first night. We suffered through. The next morning we went to breakfast and the two young ladies there (Lundy and Luz) were phenomenal and took care of breakfast for us due to our miserable night. We left, went to work with assurance that engineering would get it running during the day. As we were contemplating changing hotels if they couldn’t fix it, we came back at a late lunch time just to check. The front desk staff (Matthew and some petite Latina girl) were not helpful at all. I feel like they straight out lied to me saying that they spoke to Engineering dept and all is fixed. I went up to my room which I left set at 60 degrees-it was still 90 in the room. I was heading back to the front seat and at the elevator met Mike from engineering who straight out told me that he is first starting to repair the chiller. Anyway, two nights of no A/C. Adam corrected the bill to reflect the situation. For that we are thankful to him and the care from Amber.

The hotel rooms could used some updating. Breakfast was just ok. Staff was responsive. Communicated via text for the most part. Chiller went out overnight but failed to notify guests. Definitely just an ok experience.

Not feeling good

It was a nice stay, the pool could of been cleaner.

Staff was friendly at check in and check out. Our room was nice and clean. The view of the lake was also a nice added bonus.

Location and view is great

There were no towel bars, no fan in the bathroom. No pen no paper no information on anything. No complementary breakfast and prices were extremely outrageous for what you get. The pool is nasty. And most of the plug-ins in our room 305 didn’t work. I will never stay there again. No shuttle. That was the worst we were stranded.

It was an amazing experience. I love it
-
The gym could have been better only had up to 50 pound dumbbell and no leg machines. Also the room and halls smelt wet and the carpets looked old. Also, the pillows and bed mattress were horrible I only slept 1 hour because of how uncomfortable they were. We ended up leaving to another hotel and gave up a night already paid.

However, I was disappointed by the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering the building, there was a noticeable musty/humid odor. Inside the room, I found that the curtains were torn and there was a lingering smell of smoke, despite the hotel being smoke-free. Additionally, the room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, as I discovered debris under the sofa. Furthermore, given the nightly rate, I was surprised to find that breakfast was not included. I felt that the overall value did not align with the price point of the stay. bring these issues to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Easy check in and out. Staff from front desk to restaurant were friendly and responsive to our requests. Overall satisfied with our stay and would stay again.
