When we arrived, there were a glass of wine and a used Band-Aid on the balcony table, kind of weird. And the coffee maker was dusty. We did like the balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

Great location, but a run down property. For $300 a night, I expected better. The pool is nice and deep, however, it literally is fenced in right off the parking lot, it was not very clean, and is surrounded by weeds. The room presented clean, updated flooring, nice beds. Our sink would not drain, went to call the front desk, and there were no cords connected at all. It was just a dead phone sitting. The gentleman at the front desk walked back up with me to fix the sink. The patio had a nice view of the river, but it was too dirty to sit out and enjoy. There was toothpaste splatter on the bathroom mirror frame, and a wadded up child’s sock on the floor. The breakfast was a Motel 6 quality. At best, this was more like a $150 a night room. I hope the owners read these reviews so they can make improvements. We were in room 210.

We decided to book a last minute hotel since we had to cut our trip short in chelan due to the fires. This was the perfect spot for our family, beautiful balcony views great price and very sweet staff!

Staff was professional and friendly and breakfast had some tasty options. Would recommend.

The room was fairly clean, there was some trash left in the bathroom on the floor. Overall, it would be nice if the bathrooms could get an update as they were definitely dated and plumbing was very weak. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was OK. Nothing spectacular, but it was definitely nice to have the continental breakfast available. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view was spectacular. Overall, everything was pretty dated, but there was no issue with that. My only qualm was the plumbing being so weak and the bathroom being a little dirty.

Bathroom smelled of urine

Comfy beds, some updates in the rooms. Rooms need perhaps a bit more attention to detail cleaning. Breakfast was good. Staff was wonderful. River view was beautiful.

Nice clean rooms and beautiful area

The beds were clean and comfy. Most everything was a little off in the room: difficult to slide balcony door, old cracked gum wedged at the base of a bed, off-kilter tv, the shower faucet pulled out of the wall so two hands were needed to turn the water on (one to hold the faucet against the wall, one to pull the handle towards self). The shower worked great after it was on. We stayed one night. The morning breakfast was abundant. Pretty views , a nice pool with good weather. I also liked the location- we walked to downtown easily and got to leave our car in a safe place.

There is a reason no pictures online of the front of the motel. The building was so bad looking that it was like I was at a $30 a night motel. The room when I walked in smelled like bug spray but thankfully the smell went away the next day and no bugs in the room that I saw. The TV was about 30 inches and had only a few channels to pick from. The pool area was so uninviting and again need of repair and maintenance. Very old looking despite trying to modernize the room. The little things ( they say ), is what matters; the tv remote control was wedge shaped so it slipped out of one’s hand unless tightly gripped and even then it had a tendency slip anyway. The tiny tv was fixed to the wall so when one tried to use the dumb remote, you have to lift the remote high up in order for the signal to go over the cabinet’s outer edge ( with a slippery remote ). The decor was early 1967. It was clean.
