Property was well kept employees were very helpful. Breakfast was good no complaints at all. We definitely come back.

Nice and clean place the only issue that I had is that the pool was closed.

Staff was friendly, room clean, nice hotel. Only complaint was they ran out of creamer for breakfast.

Free breakfast - nothing different than what you'd expect and nice if you like that...I'd spend the calories in town. My only complaint is that our alarm went off at 4:30am and again at 4:45am, so housekeeping should have a checklist that ensures the alarm is off so as not to disturb the next guest. I came to Leavenworth specifically to catch up on sleep and have a few slow days in the mountains so to say that I was somewhat displeased is a major understatement. I informed the front desk and their response not was an offer of recompense, but merely "Oh, I'm sorry that happened."..... So am I, but you are in a position to take me from frustrated and annoyed to satisfied and feeling indemnified. Otherwise, I would suggest this for a low cost option in Leavenworth. A short drive (modest walk) from city center, next door to Safeway for snacks, and off the beaten path to be quiet.

Very nice and clean! The breakfast was good, better on the weekend than Monday. Stayed two nights with my family. Great that it has charging for EV cars also

One of the bests on the route. Hotel is very clean, spacious, serves good enough breakfast. The staff were both nice and professional, especially Antonio was very helpful with all the info and help he provided, even guided us for a better spot to park the motorbikes, that was quite welcoming.

Downside, pool was out of service. They could have provided a small credit for this.

Very nice hotel Good breakfast, near to downtown,our room had an issue with bathroom fan, move us to another room, overall very happy, beautiful place, we didn’t like that pool was closed when we stayed there and it’s weekends, other than that we are happy with this place

Actually was super nice

From this we knew to hold onto the door while closing. This very annoying sound each morning took away from an otherwise great stay.

Full breakfast was pretty awful if you wanted sausage patties (they were rubber) and the scrambled eggs were horrible. Lacks adequate seating, 3 of the tables were 12 inches off the ground, try eating off those. The tables were always dirty. The drinking water cooler was always empty. Coffee ran out and so did lids. Other than above it was fine.

Clean room and good parking. Close to downtown Leavenworth.

Easy walking distance to downtown. Also can take the free shuttle bus just out front. Hotel was new and clean. Grocery store across the parking lot. Very convenient.

Everything was great. I think this hotel has been open for only about a year, so everything is still pretty new. The staff is great and plenty of parking. The only thing I would mention is they didn't check on a previous complaint from an earlier guest about the air conditioner in our room not working properly until our third day in the room. I had not complained, but it was a little warm in our room so they did bring us a fan to use for our last night there. They were very apologetic about it and it did not really bother us too much.

Nice hotel, the only thing - a/c in the room didn’t work properly. Will it be my next stay - yes for sure

Very new hotel, very clean, extremely quiet & comfortable. Super staff - greeted immediately & given local brochure to help with dining options. Located fairly close to downtown Leavenworth.
