Good place

Great location to be off the main drag a little. Super friendly staff! Fantastic breakfast with grab and go options. Safe location! We weren't necessarily fans of the sliding bathroom door in the room as I was traveling with my teenage son who felt a bit awkward about them but it didn't hamper our stay. Loved that there was a Safeway next door to stock up on snacks before heading out.

Short staffed - front desk remains unattended during breaks, no one at the desk for long periods of time. So many dogs barking late at night. Clean but loud.

Pool is awesome. Breakfast not at par with what Hampton Inn at other places offers.

The staff was FANTASTIC and the amenities were as expected for the price point. The room was one of the least sound proof rooms I have ever experienced at a hotel, tho. I could hear entire (word for word) conversations in the hall and parking lot while in the room/ window & door closed. The bed was very hard and the pillows flimsy and thin; the combo made for a really poor night of sleep. To be clear the conversations happening outside my room did not seem to be high volume.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, super welcoming staff. Close enough for us to walk to downtown area, but far enough away to not get bogged down with the heavy summer traffic. The Safeway next door is a plus too for snacks.

Our stay was nice and enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

It was an amazing peaceful, relax day the hotel and staff were amazing as well and very helpful and providing information about the area

Staff was amazing & helpful. Clean rooms. Hot tub jets were not working & could have used a cleaning.

Free breakfast was quite minimal. The bed, couch, etc was very comfortable. And, best of all, the hotel is five minutes from everywhere we wanted to go over the two days we were in Leavenworth.

They accept dogs, the breakfast was good, clean room and comfy beads, nice bathroom. They have a small fridge, food storage, microwave and coffe maker in the room.

Enjoyed our big room- king with a wet bar. Pool and outdoor seating were very nice. Steven was a helpful and enthusiastic front desk person.

At 11:00pm I finally called the front desk to request they ask the partiers in the front lobby to quiet down…. Instead of just agreeing I was informed the lobby is 24/7 so while they could ask there was no guarantee lol. Ok so if you have 24/7 common areas that does not mean you don’t have to have quiet hours so that all your guests can rest/sleep some during their stay- unreasonable to not expect guests to want a quiet nights sleep at some point! After my call it did get quiet the front desk person requested the loud party move to the conference room…: BUUUUUT- again- do not take room 120!!!! We paid regular rate for this room- I wouldn’t pay $20 bucks!!! We were awoken in the FOUR am hour to clattering and what sounded like furniture being moved lol- the room 120 is also next to the kitchen and they do not have sound barriers so we ended up getting a very short nights sleep due to the loud noise on both ends of the night: not so wonderful!!! Do not take room 120 whatever you do!!

Close to town.. Nice pool kids love it.. Very convenient for visiting the area

Didn't like the couch. Everything else was very clean..
