When we arrived the computers at this hotel were down and we were unable to get keys to our rooms. The front desk attendant took us to the room and let us in. Someone had to stay in the room while others went for our luggage and other things.

The room was clean and the lobby/eating area was large and welcoming. The location was great. Paper thin walls. You could hear everything from the other rooms. The morning coffee was not good at all. Overall, the hotel was just loud and not relaxing.

Our stay at the Hampton in Leavenworth was short, but sweet! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; Steven was happy to provide us with extra towels when asked. The property is conveniently located close to town, and right next to a Safeway. Would definitely recommend!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool was well kept and towels stocked. Good breakfast in the morning too. The lighting in the rooms was very minimal and it was dark. Only a desk lamp and side table so made for a yellow and dark feeling.

The room and building were clean. There was easy parking. Staff was very friendly, and they were a pet friendly hotel.

Absolutely a great experience! The room was perfect, clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Being within walking distance of town was a huge plus and made everything so convenient. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!
