Dead Gnat in my coffee. Orange cranberry muffins were delicious. Ants crawling all over my bathroom upon arrival. Hotel was booked so I couldn't change rooms. Someone came and sprayed but I was asked to leave for an hour due to the "fumes". I returned to find dead ants all over the bathroom floor and woke up the next morning to more live ones. So gross. This hotel was almost $300. Unacceptable. I asked for the manager when checking out but she wasn't in yet. I was given her card. I emailed about my experience and haven't heard back. I would have rated the staff higher but the fact that she hasn't responded ruined it for the people that were actually very nice.

The room was specious and exceeded our expectations. Will stay again.

We honestly loved staying at this hotel. It was a quick stay but the hotel was so clean, breakfast was great and the

very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast coffee machine in reception needs to be looked at, makes periodic loud noises and temperature element needs to be calibrated abbot drinks are no longer proper commercial heat temperature (not hot enough) also, maintenance of certain items can be improved: 1. shower grout and silicone over it wearing off or completely worn off 2. shower base in one of the rooms I stayed has many scuff marks…. cheapens the look of the bathroom drastically, maintenance team should looked at it 3. same thing on plumbing! several rooms 105 and then 228 is where I stayed this time both have plumbing issues (most likely either poorly installed or for other reason the wallpaper/ wall finish is bubbling up next to shower entry base… looks bad but most importantly is going to result in needing to incur excessive cost to repair when you will be needing to repair this room before your planned hotel upgrade/ renovation.

Honestly surprised. Hotel accommodations were amazing especially for the cost and there’s SO much to do in this area, it’s the perfect stay cation. Their grill outside is even super nice if you want to just buy some steaks and sit by their nice fire

The bed was really comfy. Breakfast selections were nice, each day there were several different hot, made to order choices.

Will stay again. Clean room staff nice and helpful. The whole property was clean and well kept.

IKEA spartan decor and vibe. Shower leaked, dishwasher broken and leaked. Housekeeping poor: a coffee bean ish thing inhabited the hallway throughout our stay, as did dishes from prior guest and detergent granule spillage on the floor of our room. Hit or miss on trash and recycling also. We will not return to this property.

Excellent stay! Very spacious and economical room w kitchen and Super comfy bed and pillows! Friendly staff, nice treats and amenities, breafast, relax hour and herbal tea at night! great location.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast was good and an added bonus. The gym was small but adequate. All in, a very nice place to stay.

Very nice hotel. Staff responsive to any requests. Freshly cooked hot breakfast each morning. Would stay again.

They were wonderful!!!! Such a clean hotel and we will definitely be back to stay again. The area was safe and so many good restaurant options close by!
