The staff, Kai and Katie were extremely friendly and helpful! The property was well maintained and very clean. Our room was clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Laundry facility worked out perfect and the pool was refreshing!! Great place to stay.

We loved our stay here! The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast had lots of options and they had little gift bags for the kids during our stay. We don't have kids but it looked like they were enjoying the treats! The room was super clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were friendly but the fact that they gave away my reserved room and stuck me with one small bed in a bigger room and me on the sofa for five days stinks.

Beautiful place. Very clean Amazing breakfast ..

Easy to find facility We did not take advantage of the in-room services due to the fact that the water faucet at sink smelled like sulfur. The shower was smaller than expected and the phone stayed on mute so we had to use cell phone to call front desk. Elevator on one end of hotel, our room at the opposite end, just a little inconvenient.

The housekeeping staff evidently are confused about how to make a bed; they confused the mattress pad with the comforter-using a mattress pad as a cover was an odd first experience for me. Further, the staff weren't around to clean except for when we happened to be in the room. Staff were nice, but lots of other better choices in OP. We'll be back in The Element next time.

My only complaint would be hard beds. Great staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again on next visit.

Loved the large size of the rooms. The ability to cook or grill when we wanted, swimming pool was nice and not cold and breakfast was amazing with many options.

This was a very good place to stay except for the breakfast. We were there two mornings and both times the buffet had empty plates for eggs and bacon/sausage, bread. Hash browns were ice cold. Coffee urn was out of coffee both mornings. They eventually caught up after being told about it by other travelers.

I like this hotel company. My family and I stayed in one in Denver and Kansas City, both were great.

This was my favorite hotel we have stayed at in the KC area. Big rooms, great location, friendly staff and clean. We were disappointed at breakfast when we were there 30 minutes before closing time and they were already out of waffle batter, yogurt, cups for juice and no fresh fruit. But the rest of the experience was fantastic.

Booking through 3rd party and our room was overbooked. No 2 bed rooms available. Had to settle for the pull out couch for my child. One of the staff members was just sitting down chatting while the other staff member tried to handle multiple people while dealing with the situation.
