The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel elevator was out of order.
-
The room was nice--a suite rather than just a room. But the hotel elevators were not working, which we were only called and informed about the day we were heading there--rather than when we booked. We did use their laundry services and that was nice. But also, no breakfast at this location, which for the price we paid, should have been included. No breakfast, and no working elevators (we stayed on the second floor).

LOCATION WAS GREAT TV'S

Elevator was out of service which was not good since we were on the 4th floor and my daughter had a leg injury which made it difficult with all the stairs. Also, a storm knocked out their wiFi so we didn't have wifi all weekend and I had some important documents I had to esign that I was unable to do.

Nothing!!

Nothing, all perfect !

The staff there was very kind, and they allow us get in earlier. The most important, there was a barbecue grill in front the building!! And that for an Argentina people is the best ! Nothing, all perfect !

Helpful front desk staff and a great hotel - although elevator wasn’t working during our stay.
-
Elevator was broken and we had a family’s worth of bags and a baby to the 4th floor. No offer to help with bags Room had an old sock and the previous guests used soap in the bathtub. 2x I walked (4 flights) to the desk for a blanket & couldn’t get help

Really thought we should be compensated for the elevator out.. our family had to carry all their luggage 4 FLIGHTS of STAIRS!! No compensation.. not good.
-
Barking dogs on the first floor... Elevator was out of service so the had to put me on first floor. I was very very upset about the barking dogs... BUT!!! The gal at the front desk was great!! She called the party away from the hotel and they came home to quiet them! I was so grateful. Really thought we should be compensated for the elevator out.. our family had to carry all their luggage 4 FLIGHTS of STAIRS!! No compensation.. not good.

NO ELEVATOR! I was on the 4th floor with several pieces of luggage. The elevator has been broken since February. Not ok

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Elevator out of service. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Stains in the carpets. I tried to check out and the person that was hiding behind the counter could bother the even stand up and help me. It was bad.
-
The elevator was out of order. We had to carry all our items up and down 4 flights of stairs on a regular basis. Also, there was no breakfast.
-
Looked very dirty when we walked in. And the staff barely talked. We’ve never had an experience like that there.
-
It was close to the complex we were playing at. Elevator didn’t work.
-
It was a good experience the only thing was the elevator was out and I had a room on the second floor so I had to pull my grandma who was visiting with me up the stairs.

The rooms were very nice. There is no breakfast in the morning which is usually customary in most hotels we have stayed at. The elevator was not working and we were put on the fourth floor. Staff did offer us a discount on our room but then found they could not give us it since we had prepaid with Expedia. :(
