Helpful front desk staff and a great hotel - although elevator wasn’t working during our stay.

Really thought we should be compensated for the elevator out.. our family had to carry all their luggage 4 FLIGHTS of STAIRS!! No compensation.. not good.

NO ELEVATOR! I was on the 4th floor with several pieces of luggage. The elevator has been broken since February. Not ok

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Elevator out of service. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Stains in the carpets. I tried to check out and the person that was hiding behind the counter could bother the even stand up and help me. It was bad.

The proximity to the location I needed to be at. The elevator was out of order. We had to carry all our items up and down 4 flights of stairs on a regular basis. Also, there was no breakfast.

Looked very dirty when we walked in. And the staff barely talked. We’ve never had an experience like that there.

It was close to the complex we were playing at. Elevator didn’t work.

It was a good experience the only thing was the elevator was out and I had a room on the second floor so I had to pull my grandma who was visiting with me up the stairs.

The rooms were very nice. There is no breakfast in the morning which is usually customary in most hotels we have stayed at. The elevator was not working and we were put on the fourth floor. Staff did offer us a discount on our room but then found they could not give us it since we had prepaid with Expedia. :(

Guest services (personnel) were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in an area with nearby (walkable) restaurants, coffee shops, grocers and movie theater.

When we arrived, we were told the elevator was not working and our room was on the 4th floor. I would not have been able to get my suitcase to my room had my husband not been with me. We booked a King room and got two Queens. We were told they overbooked so they "upgraded" us. The room was not as clean as we usually see as there were cobwebs, the desk had something sticky on it and unused shelves in the bathroom were covered in dust. I would have appreciated a call about the elevator so we could have changed our plans.

No elevator access. Been out since February. No guest communication or accommodation. Rude and unprofessional staff.

Room was clean. Elevator was out for maintenance and rooms were not clean by check in time for myself or other guest attempting to check in. Had to wait almost an hour to check in. Front desk stated did not have walkie to get ahold of house keeping to give an estimated time of when room would be ready.

Elevator was out during our stay. We were on the 4th floor and they were unable to move us lower. Dirty towels in bathroom cabinet. No beds for the pullout couch. Parking and location convenient. Room felt clean outside if towel situation. Suite style room offered privacy and worked for the 4 of us.

WHEN WE CHECKED IN WE WERE NOTIFIED THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY WOULD POST THAT INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE WHEN IT HAPPENS. THE LADY WHO CHECKED US IN APOLOGIZED AND SAID SHE MOVED US DOWN A FLOOR TO GET US CLOSER TO THE BOTTOM SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE MANY STAIRS TO CLIMB. THEY HAD SIGNS ALL OVER THE HOTEL, BUT AGAIN, NO NOTICE ON LINE OR VIA MESSAGES.
