We came on a Sunday afternoon. There were no cars in the parking lot. We were given room on the highway side, the first room beside the ice maker and the elevator. After requesting to be relocated,It took 15 minutes for them to give us another room. We do not understand why, on a slow night, we were given the least desirable of available rooms.

Arrived never greeted by staff after waiting for 10 minutes or so. Arrived to room And key card for door wouldn't open. Again we wait to have someone bring us a key to open the door. Room was clean, breakfast was hit or miss. Hard to sleep with room next door talking loud and arguing. Highway sound was loud. Thanks Expedia for asking about my stay as Fairfield never did.

We only stayed one night, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good with a lot of items to choose from. The hotel staff was very welcoming.

The staff in this hotel goes above and beyond to maje your stay a pleasant one. I booked hitel for my daughters babyshower....the event was very smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk person was amazing at check in, he even made sure we had a list of places to eat close by. The room was clean and quiet. Even the breakfast was good.
