This was our favorite hotel of our recent trip. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was even better! We would definitely stay here again!!
-
Our hotel room was outdated, but was clean and good enough for our three day trip. Staff was very helpful, especially the night front desk worker named Calvin. He really went out of his way to make us feel welcomed.

Location close to my daughter in Overland Patk. How crowded it was with World Cup fans that weekend.

Check in was discouraging. Staff appeared in bad mood. No eye contact, no thank you, i will stay again as the rest of my stay was great. Women in breakfast area were amazing. And gentleman in the morning at front desk was pleasant and thanked us for staying and wished us a good day.

Loved the area and the convenience of shops and food!

Good continental breakfast. Hotel’s rooms pictures are deceiving. They are not what they show when selecting a room. They don’t clean your room if you don’t ask. They don’t collect your garbage if you don’t ask.

News more vegetables at the breakfast...

Our concierge was really great. I felt like the building didn’t meet the Fairfield brand I expected when I booked. The elevator is small and hidden, the bathrooms in the rooms are really tight and awkward. I think price should have been closer to a days inn price.

We stayed here for vacation and the hotel itself was great. Unfortunately, there were an insane amount of people staying here with a kids soccer tournament the same time we were. The pool could physically not fit any more people in it due to the amount of kids already swimming. I’ve never seen anything like it, it was chaotic. We tried to make a little room for our 4 year old to get to swim and kept getting kicked, jumped on, etc so we left after about 15 minutes. The parents of all these kids were all sitting around drinking and socializing outside so nobody was really watching them. With how many there were in the pool and how crazy they were being, it honestly made me nervous that nobody was really watching them. There was another family with little kids that tried to come in and they left. Also, we have a kiddo that still naps and these kids were running up and down the hallways literally screaming for over an hour during the afternoons and then late at night (10:30+) as well. My husband went out and talked with them but they kept screaming. (A lot of the kids had their own rooms they were sharing and they’d run back and fourth to each others room and scare each other and scream) We understand that it’s a fun time for those kids but it was really disrespectful how they acted and it was terrible for those of us with littles. It was a great hotel but unfortunately if you’re traveling for fun with little kids that want to swim or get naps in, I’d avoid this place.

The staff were nice, clean on the outside as well as inside and smelled good. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about our stay there.
