It was awesome! Great hotel

Such a cute Lil apt, great night sleep and great breakfast

Our stay was excellent and our request to check in early was accommodated by the staff. If I had to find anything picky, it would be our TVs were not hooked up before we arrived and the second night, a basketball hit our window because our room was adjacent to the court and a group was playing basketball until 10pm. Make sure everything is working ok including how to use the coffee maker. But, upon calling the front desk, they came immediately to fix the TVs and showed how to use the coffee maker. Breakfast was good but to ordinary for buffet items.

The staff gave us helpful directions to restaurants and local attractions. They helped us coordinate and gave us space to gather before and after events. We were very grateful.

I stayed for 8 days, during weekday the front desk staff is not friendly,

Very nice, kids loved the pool and we did as well. Nothing negative :)

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. We especially appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to access nearby restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start each day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet, relaxing, and family-friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Residence Inn Overland Park to anyone visiting the area. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked if we could reserve a room to have a reception for our son wedding on Saturday. Since we were from out of town. If we needed anything Ms. Sharon was very helpful and helped us out. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of different options to choose from. Staff was very friendly. Since we were from out of town, I asked if it was possible if we could have our room closed together instead in 3 difference places. They tried to get rooms close to each other, but it did not work.

Aside from that the hotel was very nice and quiet. My daughters loved the pool.

Personally wished for a few more TV channels but I’m being picky. They do allow for Netflix or YouTube.

So spacious and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast had a shocking number of options! Very happy and will stay here again!
