When first checking in was given a room where the TV didn’t work. Called front maintenance man came to room and propped the door open. Handing me a key card he said to put that in my room and left. That was at 6pm. At nine when he had not returned my son went to find him. That is when he said that I was supposed to move to the number written on the paper that was with the key. Three and one half hours after I arrived I was finally in a room. Will never stay there again

If they offered free coffee in the lobby, this would have been the perfect stay for me!

I loved how accessible Whole Foods and other establishments were. 10/10 recommend.

Even though the hotel was a little farther from the stadium, there were so many great restaurants and food options nearby that it was never an issue. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was huge, spacious, and very comfortable. I also want to give a special thank you to the wonderful lady who helped us at the front desk. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her customer service was outstanding and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
