The front desk representative was exceptional. Room service personnel were extremely friendly. The bedroom was optimal for sleep and comfort. Highly recommend this hotel!

There’s nothing I did not like

Exceptional

Stated I booked a room with a shower/tub combo - that was not that case. Website stated they had a pool, it wasn’t until after the cancellation period expired did we get an email stating they turned it into a fitness club. Room service never came to give fresh towels and change sheets and the button to call the front desk on the phone kept giving an error that the call could not be completed

Rooms were hot, shower flooded the entire bathroom.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. There is an extra pay for parking and breakfast so keep that in mind when booking.

The rooms were great, majority of the staff were great, first night check in was not ideal. Paying to park there as well as paying for the room pluse the 20 dollar fee on top of that was completely weird.

I made a reservation for the wrong room but the staff fixed it and moved me with lightning speed, and I am most grateful for that. The big disappointment is that although this is a suburban hotel, I had to pay for parking. That rankles. The cost of the breakfast was also rather high, so we went out the second morning; there was an IHOP conveniently around the corner. The room was comfortable and it was convenient. The staff was helpful.

When first checking in was given a room where the TV didn’t work. Called front maintenance man came to room and propped the door open. Handing me a key card he said to put that in my room and left. That was at 6pm. At nine when he had not returned my son went to find him. That is when he said that I was supposed to move to the number written on the paper that was with the key. Three and one half hours after I arrived I was finally in a room. Will never stay there again

$12 charge for parking. This hotel is in a suburban area, with plenty of parking for all of the businesses in the area. The hotel had a simple parking lot, not a garage or anything special. This unwarranted extra charge made us feel unwelcomed.

If they offered free coffee in the lobby, this would have been the perfect stay for me!
