Its a great place to stay. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The hotel check-in was quick and easy. The hotel was nice and clean. The only complaint I would have is there was only one elevator that serviced five floors. The location was very convenient. We appreciated the suite style room. It was nice to have a separate living space from the bedroom.

We were blown away by the hospitality. We stayed at Drury Inn & Suites while visiting KC for our anniversary. When we checked in, we mentioned it was our anniversary. The next morning, we found a hand written note and a towel “cake” at our door thanking us for celebrating our anniversary with them and congratulating us. I don’t know of any other hotel that would go that distance! We will definitely be staying here again!

Very central to everything! Clean, everyone was friendly, my kids loved the indoor outdoor option for the pool. Great breakfast and happy hour type thingy.

The morning breakfast area was VERY chaotic and food in the chafers not hot or fresh, very disappointing.

Friendly clean and convenient and reasonably priced

Everything was great! Breakfast was plentiful as was the evening meal. The staff kept refilling until the posted end time! Only complaint would be the small bathroom.

Drury was a nice stay, but not the best we have ever had compared to others in the area. Although we appreciate the fact that for an additional fee you can bring your pet with you during your stay. I would suggest that maybe all pet owners are put on a specific floor instead of wherever in the hotel. Dogs barking next to your room at night or early in the morning is not pleasant. The other issue was where our room was located is near vents and directly above the hotel laundry room. When staff came in to start doing the laundry around 5-6am, the way it is set up caused a load banging that made it difficult to sleep through. That was a deal breaker for my husband especially. The hotel overall is great, just noise control was an issue for us.
