I have stayed here on multiple occasions and never had any problems. When we checked in we told front desk that the room had an overwhelming smell of cleaning products. They came up and agreed and said they have something to help dissipate the smell and clear it out. We came back 5 hours later and it was worse. It’s 11:30 at night. They said they were booked and we can check out but not getting a refund!! Had they given us the option at check in we would have had had more time to find accommodations. We checked and walked across the street and booked a different room. I won’t be staying here again.

You know it’s a great place to stay when guests even remember to say hello!

Loved my room and stay.

Pool was in bad shape. Needs a TV in the exercise room.

Property was well maintained and in a safe, convenient location! Staff was prompt, kind, and knowledgeable! The rooms were spacious with great amenities. There are a great, hearty breakfast spread and everything was fresh.

Our room , the halls and elevator smelled like marijuana due to someone next door smoking at all hours of the night. When bringing this to the attention of the front desk, we were told “unfortunately people ignore the non smoking signs anyways”. And handled it no further. This was really disruptive to our stay

There were numerous dead spiders and other insects floating in the water, indicating a lack of recent cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, no pool cleaning net was available on-site, which further limited the ability to remove debris and improve the condition of the pool. Overall, the pool requires thorough cleaning and maintenance before it can be considered safe and presentable. Other issues observed during the stay include: The carpet near the lift/elevator was very dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. The room air conditioning units were not cooling effectively during the night, resulting in an uncomfortable room temperature. The bathroom was extremely small and poorly designed. The door could not be properly closed unless you first stepped inside the bathtub, making it very inconvenient to use. General housekeeping and maintenance standards appeared to be below expectations in several areas. Overall, the condition of the pool, the cleanliness of common areas, the inadequate bathroom layout, and the poor performance of the room air conditioning significantly impacted the quality and comfort of the stay.

The staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to help guests.

The room size blew away our expectations. Spacious with a kitchenette, huge window with a great view, and super clean. Pool was clean and breakfast was great, except our last morning where the burner for the hot food was off so the food was cold. Our last night there our AC died and the room was at 78° all night, but the staff was apologetic and sought to it that it would be fixed. One of our best stays yet!

I put the rooms through Expedia and paid for them at the time of booking. When I checked in the hotel, I was told at that time they did not have rooms for me and that I would be refunded through Expedia. Now I have not received a refund and the hotel says that they cannot help me in anyway.

Showing some age in the room upkeep

Won’t stay here again. Beds were uncomfortable, pillows were flat, bathroom was tiny. Could definitely use some sprucing up for what you pay
-
The room was thoughtfully cleaned and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was SO good. I would definitely go back.

They moved us to another room and the friq was not working. They did apologize repeatedly and brought a different frig from the room across the hall. We have stayed a couple times a year and this was the first problem we had. I ask the lady handling the breakfast room where the bacon was? She said I will make some right now. Which she did.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and made a last minute reservation. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and quiet.
