BATHROOM FAUCET WAS FALLING OUT OF THE SINK. TRASH CANS WERE HIDDEN IN CABINETS. AND CAMODE AND SHOWER WERE IN A VERY SMALL ROOM WITH HARDLY ANY WAY TO CLOSE THE DOOR WHILE USING. WOULD I RETURN, YES FOR THE PRICE. DID NOT HAVE BREAKFAST WHICH WAS INCLUDED. CONVIENENT LOCATION FOR MY WORK.

years as a third party my room has never been changed at all and I have a medical condition that requires a bathtub we checked in and the front desk clerk never told me that my room was changed we get all the way upstairs open the room and find out this room only has a shower my husband goes downstairs and told them about my medical condition then she says we let somebody else have your room yesterday and we have no other rooms with a bathtub my husband says then you should discount our room she said I would make my manager aware and get back with you soon it wasn’t even 5 minutes later and she stated because of third party we can’t basically we don’t care my husband told her in over 15 years that this has never happened. We would never stay there again. I was in so much pain that was Saturday September 26 we were staying 2 days we went to church on Sunday came back the hotel was empty instead of them moving us to a bathtub room they did nothing at all. It’s sad to see that people still don’t care about loyal customers or customers health issues. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Everything was great! The only thing was the gym needed to be cleaned.

The bathroom is TINY. You have to step over the toilet to get into the room to shut the door. The room smelled musty and some of the wallpaper is peeling. The shower was not clean when we got there but they cleaned it for us.

We booked this stay for my post surgery stay. The staff was very understanding and accommodating. The first room had an issue with the A/C. They promptly moved us to a different room. I basically lived in the room for 2.5 days. I felt at home and comfy. The room was very spacious. The breakfast looked amazing. My caregiver guest really enjoyed it. Hotel has a bar in the lobby. I will definitely be back to stay again when I can fully enjoy the experience.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt in Overland Park. Great location, friendly staff. Nice little bar area and a good breakfast. The only negative would the water pressure wasn’t great. We would stay there again.

The bed was fairly comfortable a little soft for my taste, but it was hard to sleep with the noisy air conditioner because the fan is about to go out was also hard to get the right temperature in the room because the fan is about to go out. The sofa is so hard you can’t really sit on it, but the staff was really nice.

Place could use an upgrade.

Nice room but bathroom was very small compared to other places. I still like the layout with a separate 'room' with couch. Just more room than most comparable hotels. The floors in this one were not cleaned up to the standard.

Lo recomiendo

Family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights over a holiday weekend. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast and coffee was excellent each morning with plenty of seating. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool during the September heatwave. Would absolutely stay here again!

Overall it was cool and awesome.
