Awesome clean and ac worked

Just wasn’t the best stay. Only breakfast had was a croissant and some fruit and orange juice and apple juice.

The room wasn't very clean or well maintained. The bathroom door stuck because part of the bottom of it was coming off. The tv reception was ok but the tv was so cheap it was hard to even change the station. The location was pretty good for what we had planned and it was in a pretty quiet area.

For example, drill marks in the doorframe could easily be puttied and painted over. Toilet seat not secure could easily be replaced.

One of the worst girls I’ve even been in. That’s saying a lot at I was in the military. I’ve also been traveling all over for the past 15 months. There are so many repairs that they literally do not care to fix. The breakfast was a joke. All prepackaged muffins and pop tarts. Very dirty. It smelled. Bathtub didn’t drain. Ended up with bed bug bites but those corks have been from the hotel before but we all had bites all over. This place should be shut down. It’s also, in a nice area. By the Overland Park Convention center and good neighborhoods around. It was a horrible experience that we powered through for 3 nights (low on funds and we moved into a rental home right after). Do not recommend at all. In fact, run the other way. To to find a way to stay in the more expensive hotels around there if it can or at least do a walk though. I don’t know if I even read the reviews on this place. But read the reviews when you travel!

Clean room, close parking and friendly staff.

The women were great the man EVERYTIME I went to pay and extend my room he told me a higher price than the woman told me just earlier. They helped with letting me extend for a couple weeks day by day so that was a blessing and even paying at the end of the night while our things remained in the room by day as I am a delivery driver so I could not keep everything in the car with us. The floor was never mopped even in new rooms, but there were no bugs just spiders. They do allow cats so be careful if you have an allergy as I do. I could definitely tell which room hosted cats

Parking was the only plus. There has been no renovations. This is very old, very badly maintained. Our room was dirty upon checkin. The bed cover had rips which was the first thing I saw upon walking in. We asked this to be rectified, and when they came and pull up all the sheets all of them were ripped. The sink was also clogged. Had maintenance come out, but was told their shift ended at 4pm and I was requesting cleaning when she wasn’t being paid. They didn’t end up coming back to clean so I cleaned as much as I could myself with things I had brought. I even purchased pillows becuase of how badly gross the ones there were. If hotels hadn’t been sold out I would’ve left. Breakfast was not really even a breakfast, toast and juice. Would not recommend unless it’s a one nighter and you’re willing to clean up yourself and bring your own things.

The staff was extremely quick to respond to an issue. That was helpful

The breakfast was only a grad and go style. No cereal or anything hot.

it was clean, but the baseboards are coming apart. Also, I had a heck of a time getting my wet washcloth out of the microwave that I was heating up a little bit. I'm wondering if it was one of those child proof microwaves where you have to press zero, but there was nothing to tell me that so I had to unplug it for it to release.

Decent

Room was good with a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Shower was good in my room.

The room didn’t seem very clean. It smelled like smoke that had been covered up, even though it’s a non smoking room. That ambiance made it feel icky. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable though!

We were they're long enough to take pictures of the filth. Argue with staff about hero by a refund.

Pretty dumpy place, bathroom fan made a god awful noise, couldn’t get microwave door open in the room, was sweating during the night as the ac window unit was junk, clunky and loose shower handle. Definitely Don’t stay in room 111, better yet, don’t stay here.
