Had problems with the room I had and I didn’t like it the property is for me not safe also

This place looks nothing like its photos and is a nightmare. People were physically fighting and staff refused to refund me and let me leave. There was blood splatter on the floor, wall, and mirror, black mold behind the sink, a broken shower curtain, broken bathroom door, and a large gap under the main door. The ac wasn’t even on when first entering the room so it was 80+ degrees until we turned it on. Staff was also rude and not helpful. I took pictures for proof and contacted corporate. The property responded back lying stating I never left my room when in fact we ended up making sure to basically never be there

Holes in ceiling. Stains everywhere. Door jam broke. Methheads everywhere

My room was clean and pest free..... The coffee maker had no sugar.... had to drink it black... The free breakfast was sub par - even for continental breakfast.... The room was a typical small town 1-2 star hotel quality... but not bad for the price..

I would not stay there again.

The room was very dilapidated and run down. The air was not on at all on a 95 degree and took 3 hours to cool off. TV didn't work and phone didn't work too call front desk.

Just wasn’t the best stay. Only breakfast had was a croissant and some fruit and orange juice and apple juice.

The room wasn't very clean or well maintained. The bathroom door stuck because part of the bottom of it was coming off. The tv reception was ok but the tv was so cheap it was hard to even change the station. The location was pretty good for what we had planned and it was in a pretty quiet area.

For example, drill marks in the doorframe could easily be puttied and painted over. Toilet seat not secure could easily be replaced.

One of the worst girls I’ve even been in. That’s saying a lot at I was in the military. I’ve also been traveling all over for the past 15 months. There are so many repairs that they literally do not care to fix. The breakfast was a joke. All prepackaged muffins and pop tarts. Very dirty. It smelled. Bathtub didn’t drain. Ended up with bed bug bites but those corks have been from the hotel before but we all had bites all over. This place should be shut down. It’s also, in a nice area. By the Overland Park Convention center and good neighborhoods around. It was a horrible experience that we powered through for 3 nights (low on funds and we moved into a rental home right after). Do not recommend at all. In fact, run the other way. To to find a way to stay in the more expensive hotels around there if it can or at least do a walk though. I don’t know if I even read the reviews on this place. But read the reviews when you travel!

Clean room, close parking and friendly staff.

The women were great the man EVERYTIME I went to pay and extend my room he told me a higher price than the woman told me just earlier. They helped with letting me extend for a couple weeks day by day so that was a blessing and even paying at the end of the night while our things remained in the room by day as I am a delivery driver so I could not keep everything in the car with us. The floor was never mopped even in new rooms, but there were no bugs just spiders. They do allow cats so be careful if you have an allergy as I do. I could definitely tell which room hosted cats
