Room fixtures and doors were outdated. A bit of mildew in the bathroom tiles. Pool was a bit of a let down. Indoor space had pooled water, and seemed likely impossible to keep dry spaces for walking. Water was really cold. That being said, we all had a comfortable, nice stay and would return.

The checkin wasn't good. I requested a ground floor two months prior to arrival and ended up on the second floor. Partially handicapped and we're not interested in accommodating me
-
The location and cleanliness The air seemed to not be working like it should so I room was a sauna and the bathrooms needs updated really bad

All great!

It was a good location Compared to other embassy suites I’ve stayed at this one is below all others. There wasn’t as much of a selection for breakfast. The pool was cloudy and dirty. Unpleasant smell upon entry of room. There was lotion in the shower instead of conditioner. Multiple items in the room were broken. Most of the walkway carpet was badly stained. For as much is charged to stay, EVERYTHING should be pristine.

Breakfast was very good and I appreciate how quite the room was.

Great room and breakfast

Bathroom: 3 stars Toilet was nice. Short enough for the kids. Shower has seen better days, can definitely tell it's aging. Shower heads were unable to stay in a comfortable position, so had to stand close to the front of the shower. Mirror was large, and has a built-in light for makeup and such. Sleeper Couch: 1 star. Obviously these suck but this one was probably one of the worst I've seen. Not comfy for sitting or sleeping. TV: 2 stars. around 40ish channels. Only one Disney and Nickelodeon channel for the kids. (DishTV) Parking: 3 stars. Lots of parking, covered with trees for those hot days. Although it's apparently $9/night. Breakfast: 5 stars. Probably the best hotel breakfast selection I've ever had. I would stay here again just for the breakfast. Pool: 1 star. It was honestly disgusting and horribly cold. There was a lot of hair floating around, some trash, some milky substances. Pool was completely white, you could not see the second step of the stairs into the pool. Hot Tub was similar, but at least it was warm. Staff: 5 stars. Friendly, accommodating, and kind. Helpful when asked. Would I stay here again? Probably if they fixed/updated the pool. My kids demand a pool when we travel. Would I recommend it to a friend? Maybe?

Excellent service, clean room, overall appearance was excellent. Breakfast was by far the best I’ve ever eaten during a hotel stay! The staff was kind and helpful. I will use this hotel again on my next trip for sure!!

Breakfast is great! The rooms are fine. Our shower faucet had water running out of the faucet continually which I guess didn't bother us but not great. Room 207. You could hear the hum of the elevator periodically moving all day and all night which is a bit of an annoying and agitating sound. Very disappointed with the $9 parking fee. There's plenty of parking. Didn't find out about it until we checked in. The fee would be understandable if it was in a downtown or busy location, but where it's at it just seems like a sleazy extra add on fee.

The breakfast was just so-so. Only one staff person was available in the serving area. And he was too busy on his phone to even lift the lid of a pan of eggs or potatoes, let alone serve them. Inexcusable to be sure. Potatoes not fully cooked.

IT’S a 6 at best. This is currently rated at 8. It’s NOT a 8. First the front desk attendant was talking (very detailed) about some women he had recently been intimate with as we brought our luggage in. Our bathroom was not clean, it had pubic hair around the tub they had to come back and clean the bathroom. Beds are hard. THE POOL VERY IS SMALL & NOT CLEAN. It’s not quiet, the neighbors alarm woke us up. Only good was the fresh omelette. I rated this low in hopes that the score would drop to reflect the property better.

Hot tub broke and slimy, shower slimy and no housekeeping.

Water from the bathroom started soaking the carpet in the living room of the suit didn’t notice until next morning after waking up.
-
Nice to have free drinks at happy hour, and a very nice full breakfast. The breakfast includes made to order omelets, and a nice selection of other breakfast fare. The room was very nice and spacious. Was on the outskirts of KC, but that was fine for us.
