Staybridge Suites Overland Park - Kansas City S by IHG

Slight worry about our vehicle in the parking lot due to the multiple reminders about parking lot safety (flyer on both TV's, flyer included with room keys and on check in desk), but we had no issues during our stay.

We had a great stay, this will definitely be our go-to hotel when we’re in town!

The entire facility was clean and bright and well maintained. The suite was spacious and stocked with useful essentials. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for accessing a variety of activities and amenities we planned to visit while in the area. Will definitely look to book here again if we find ourselves visiting the KC metro area!

Clean and well kept. Excellent breakfast with eggs, sausage, yogurt parfaits, waffles and fresh fruit.

The room was 77 degrees and didn't cool down to 71 till after 9 o'clock. The coffee pot had a inch of liquid in it and full of mold.

Disappointed. Specifically booked a suite with 2 Queen/double beds and a pull out couch to sleep 3 grown men traveling to KC for the World Cup. When I arrived to check-in at 3 pm-- I was told that I had only 1 bed and a pull out couch-- that they did not have any rooms with 2 beds available. This was the only reason I booked this hotel. All they could offer me was "points" or an additional room discounted by 20%. Warning--Don't trust your bookings with this hotel chain.

It was always clean, it smelled good. The people were nice. Not a lot of pet noise. Close to highway. Good breakfast choices. I will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying in an IHG property and it did not disappoint. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and the beds comfy. The staff working the morning breakfast was always on top of the food and keeping the place clean, asking if we needed anything. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat, job well done!
