Staybridge Suites Overland Park - Kansas City S by IHG

The negative: 1) eateries are not very close by. 2) I 435 is right near the hotel, some highway noise.

Room I booked was taken...

My family and I have stayed here three times without any issues at all. However, yesterday there was a snag when we arrived. The elevators were out of order and, of course, we were located on the SIXTH floor! That was a real struggle for an 71 yr old woman on several trips.

It was great. Everyone very friendly. I checked out the morning of Friday the 18 of September

By far the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Very nice and helpful staff too. Will definitely be staying again

Room was clean upon arrival. Couldn’t understand why if 4 adults were staying in a suite that only 2 towels were in the room. We had to go to the front desk and ask for extra towels. Breakfast was the norm. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was very clean and very well kept. Comfortable rooms and beds!

This place is great, comfortable, great breakfast, always clean towels, free washer and dryer use, nice gym and pool.

Everything was great. We wished there was a hot tub! Only thing we could change!

It was okay other than me having to call house keepers to have them come clean my room

Love it better besides me having to tell them to come get things out my room other than that it was okay

Great room. Good facilities. Free, good hot breakfast. Free laundry available. Pool area was clean.

Loved the room size, the laundry machines, the breakfast, and the gym.

The size of the room was great. Kitchen amenities were more than expected.

Slight worry about our vehicle in the parking lot due to the multiple reminders about parking lot safety (flyer on both TV's, flyer included with room keys and on check in desk), but we had no issues during our stay.

Passable

Great location, convenient

Superb

Nice room set up!

We were not impressed by the breakfast.
