Hampton Inn Kansas City/Overland Park

Convenient

We had a great stay. Everything was clean. We were offered free bottles of water upon arrival and the front staff was so friendly. Breakfast was really good, especially compared to most. I loved that they had themed food items for America's 250th, since we stayed for July 4th weekend.

A table in the room would have been helpful.

Great staff. Checking in was easy. The breakfast was unique, eggs on bagel in a hotel breakfast, Great! Pool needed a little cleaning, but the wind was outrageous that day.

Overall pleased. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Breakfast was less than expected for a hotel this nice.

Hampton Inn was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was a nice variety. The neighborhood seems very safe. It was a great stay.

It was great and I’ll I can say is that one of the machine in the food was not working so that created so much weight and a hustle

They overbooked and said it wasn’t they’re problem and then just give me a single room when I paid for a double

The location, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were a little hard and the breakfast was fair.

The room was very clean as was the whole Hotel,we always stay at the Hampton inn Overland Park Kansas.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Erin was very pleasant when checking us in. It’s an older hotel but it appeared that it’s been updated. It’s in a quiet location with several good food options within a short driving distance. Would stay there again if we’re ever back in the Kansas City area.

No room service if you stay more than 1 day. No fresh towel or bed made

Impressed with the cleanliness! You walk into the hotel and it’s welcoming ! Noted coffee , hot tea, hot chocolate, iced water station immediately as you walked into the lobby and available to guest . After being on the road this it was so nice to get a drink of your choice prior or after checking in. The rooms were clean, the bed was made well, white crisp bedding, comfortable pillows, clean carpets. Staff nice and friendly. Clean pool . Totally satisfied with my stay.

The room was clean and quite. Good for families. The staffs are nice. The breakfast was amazing.
