Room and property were clean but the ac in our room was struggling to keep up and half the night we kept waking up from sweating

The staff at this hotel are always very nice and helpful. Doesn't matter who you interact with; they are very friendly. The hotel is clean; of course, there are things here and there that could be better, but nothing is dirty or would make you want to run from the hotel!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's not a high-end hotel, but it is definitely a nice place to stay; the bedding is clean, and the beds are comfortable.

Breakfast was a let down. Waffles and pastries and cereal.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites in Overland Park, Kansas City, and overall I had a very enjoyable and comfortable experience. One of the first things I noticed was how clean and well-maintained my room was. The bed had clean blankets and linens, the bathroom had fresh towels, and the room was stocked with useful amenities including shampoo, conditioner, a blow dryer, mini fridge, iron, and ironing board. Everything felt fresh, organized, and ready for my stay. The air conditioning was another major plus. It worked extremely well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The heating was also functioning properly, which is always important when staying at a hotel. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Every interaction I had was pleasant, and I appreciated how the employees made guests feel comfortable and valued. The parking area was also clean, convenient, and felt safe, with easy access to the hotel. The location is convenient as well, with local bars and two convenience stores within walking distance, making it easy to grab something without having to drive. The biggest downsides were that there was no gym and the pool was closed during my stay. The washer and dryer were also not fully functional. I would have enjoyed having access to the fitness center and pool, especially during a longer stay. However, these issues did not outweigh the positives.

To use the outlet closest to the coffee pot you hand to move the TV; I moved the coffee pot tray to a nightstand instead.

The room was clean

Room was clean. It's definitely very basic but this was one of the better low end rooms I've seen. Nothing was broken. They vacuum daily. The staff were nice and attentive. They even let me check in 3 hours early for a small fee which was much needed after 8 hours driving and a nap in my car. The only odd thing I encountered was towel related, apparently they have so few washcloths what you get in the room is all you'll get- and I asked in the afternoon hours because sometimes them not having extras overnight is to be expected. I'll likely stay at this location again in the future!

Clean room, breakfast OK, friendly staff.

Room was moist and humid which caused a musty smell.

It was clean and relatively cheap They have their TVs locked down so I couldn’t even watch from my own device with an HDMI input. No input button on the remote or the TV. The rooms are also tiny. If I had known I could have booked any of the other cheap hotels in the same block, like I did the following night.

It smelled like old socks in the room along with humidity. I had to bring lysol w me. Also the fridge was not cooling properly

Our stay was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean and the room temperature was excellent.
