Homewood Suites Kansas City/Overland Park

Clean room

Excellent stay

Upon checkout, the front desk person was not familiar how to print out my receipt showing how much my stay was (I need this amount and receipt for my expense report). I was appalled.

Absolutely terrible. The smells of Punjabi food permeated throughout the hallways and into my room. Unbearable. Hair literally everywhere in the bathroom and shower, and on the doors. The entire experience was awful. I was shocked how run down, old, and generally dirty this place was. I’ve stayed at other homewood suites and they were wonderful. I hope this review prevents someone else from staying at this filthy, gross place. I would’ve absolutely left if I could’ve. Unfortunately, it was non refundable booking through here. I’ve never been happier than to leave this dump.

Everything was great staff, breakfast, cleanliness all the above!

Close to shopping. Breakfast was excellent.

Enjoyed the pool

Staff was great. Breakfast wasn't bad. Love the 2 bedroom suites. Only negative is the couch really needs to be replaced. Not very comfortable.

Location was great.

This was my first time coming to Kansas. The hotel was exactly what I needed. The hotel was very quiet and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were exactly how they appeared on the picture. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I come to Kansas. Thank you for a great experience.

Exceptional

The staff was friendly and helpful, they have a great free breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable.

El personal muy atento, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, el desayuno muy bueno y el ambiente muy bonito.. Totalmente recomendado!

HVAC difficult to control and noisy.
