Staff was super helpful and friendly. We had arrived sooner than expected and staff helped us check in early. When checking in the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and parking was easy and felt like another level of secure.

We had a nice room that was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The food was great too!

They charge for parking which is ridiculous when it’s not downtown and they have their own parking lot. The first room had a lot of outlets that didn’t work. The second room had a faulty toilet. We don’t like the bathroom doors and they don’t lock.

I loved everything about our stay! Impressed how clean it was! Only one thing, I wish the swimming pool would be more lively. This hotel has nice pool, but seems like something was missing, as no one was using it. Other than that I loved everything! We came for FIFA World Championship 2026 and we are very happy with our choice! Thank you Marriott Kansas City!
