They charge for parking which is ridiculous when it’s not downtown and they have their own parking lot. The first room had a lot of outlets that didn’t work. The second room had a faulty toilet. We don’t like the bathroom doors and they don’t lock.

I loved everything about our stay! Impressed how clean it was! Only one thing, I wish the swimming pool would be more lively. This hotel has nice pool, but seems like something was missing, as no one was using it. Other than that I loved everything! We came for FIFA World Championship 2026 and we are very happy with our choice! Thank you Marriott Kansas City!

Really cold front desk service. I arrived a little early, around 3:15 pm, to check in and was flat-out denied check-in before 4 pm. Came back around 3:45 pm and people in lines already been checked in before 4 pm. Why make contradictory rules for different people checking into the same hotel at the same time? Really disappointed with the service. I observed the bias towards certain customers. Did not want to cause a scene because that is below me, but would not recommend anyone stay here if you are paying good money and are treated this way. I would take my business elsewhere. Front desk and bias and double standard for check-in time

We were in town for the World Cup and this hotel’s prices were very reasonable compared to others in the immediate area. We would stay here again.
